On the second day of our Chinese New Year trip, my daughter suffered from gastroenteritis and kept vomiting. When we checked into the Lotte Hotel, we met Mr. Dean at the front desk. Hearing about our situation, he helped us with an early check-in. Later, when we requested a late check-out, it was him again, just as warm and kind, and he was a great help. We'll definitely stay at Lotte Hotel again in the future.

Great location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent bedding. Facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, responding promptly to all requests. Food quality was consistently good. Overall, it offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Busan.
