Booked two rooms with my friends. The exterior of the hotel looked a bit old, but the interior was decent. The bed was quite saggy, and my back hurt after sleeping on it. SUVs aren't allowed in the parking tower. We were directed to park on the paid beach road, and the parking fee for one night was 38,000 won, but the hotel only covered 5,000 won of it.

This hotel offers good value for money. Generally, accommodation in Busan is cheaper than in Seoul. The room is cleaned daily around lunchtime. Towels and toiletries are replaced, two bottles of water are provided, and the trash is emptied (no need for sorting). The room also comes with slippers, bathrobes, a mini-fridge, disposable cups, skin moisturizers, a kettle, a hairdryer, a heater, built-in air conditioning, good ventilation, and a TV. All these can be controlled by remote or wall-mounted panels. The bathroom has a simple toilet (no extra buttons), a sink with a mirror, and a rain shower, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The internet in the room is excellent, with speeds over 100 mb/s. Breakfast is available, but I never went because it requires waking up early and isn't particularly exciting (cereals, coffee, and similar items, all self-service). There are three elevators per floor and parking is available right in the building. There are also two restaurants on different floors. Below the hotel, there's a 24-hour GS25 convenience store with a decent selection, a CU (~5 min walk), a 7-Eleven (~10 min walk), a Starbucks (~5 min walk), a Daiso (~15 min walk), and many street food stalls and cafes catering to all tastes. The excellent Songdo Beach is right nearby, with a cable car station close by, and you can easily walk to Songdo Cloud Trails and Amnam Park. The only minor downsides are the complete lack of wardrobes or hangers in the room, forcing me to keep all my clothes and souvenirs in bags. There were also some small defects like scuffed wallpaper and worn-out slippers. The hotel's distance from the city center is another point, though this is more of a choice made by the guest when booking rather than a direct flaw. It's about 2 km to the nearest metro stations, but there are bus stops nearby with routes to all parts of the city, including express buses to the suburbs and the airport. Public transport is usually half-empty and always has air conditioning, costing 1550 won (approximately 75 rubles). Transfers are free if you tap your card when exiting. Overall rating for a two-week stay: 8/10.

It feels more like an old, run-down motel. Even with the AC on, it was humid, and I could hear all the noise from the hallway, so I barely slept. ㅠㅠ It was cheap, which was nice, but it's a shame.

This was a lovely little Beach location. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a pleasant 30 min bus ride to Busan. Lots of amenity is very close to hand, including the chairlift across the sea, which was great.

Location is amazing 3 min from the ocean

The toilet didn't have a bidet, and you couldn't flush the toilet paper. I didn't realize this because the signs were in Korean and English, and ended up clogging it. Luckily, it was during the day, and a cleaning staff member quickly came to help. The air conditioning remote was integrated with the TV remote, which was separate and very convenient. Although the window overlooked the building next door, I always kept the curtains closed so it wasn't an issue. Toiletries and water were complimentary. There were two dental kits, but no comb. The front desk was sometimes unattended, but the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful, and I'm very grateful for their assistance.

The decision to stay on Songdo Beach made our trip a great pleasure. If the sea is your top priority and you don't mind spending at least an hour on public transportation to the main attractions, this hotel is a great choice. Compared to other beaches, it's less crowded and cozy, the beach is clean, the waves are smaller. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi in every room. Also, keep in mind that breakfast is practically non-existent, only cereal, toast with jam, and eggs.

Very dirty room. Not recommended! Pay attention: they seem to pay for good reviews. No proper pillows, only decorative ones.

Perfect location and kind staffs, but building is too old

The hotel has bad reviews and low scores and I don't understand why. For this price - gorgeous, clean, and what a view from the windows! Thank you

Good hotel

The room was spacious and clean. It had a view, but no balcony. Breakfast was included. Overall, it was good.
