Superb experience at the Arban Hotel in their deluxe double room. Very fresh, and the interior design gave it that luxurious feel we needed. Great location for shopping, breakfast, coffee shops, convenience stores etc., and also the subway. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely choose it again.

Small cosy hotel in busan area. This is a relatively convenient location as there are many nice food places around! It is good that the toilet and the bath room are segregated but the space is limited. However, there is not enough space to hang clothes for shower.

Amazing stay at Arban Hotel in Busan! The hotel is perfectly located, close to restaurants, cafés, shopping streets, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff and service were also outstanding, very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples visiting Busan!

The room and the hotel are great. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood not far from Seomyeon Central Station. There is a laundry room on the 6th floor but not free, and the terrace is open during the day. The only minor downside is that the hot tub isn't working, but other than that, everything else is great!

The rooms were clean and have great amenities. There is a cafe and massage place in the building where guests have a 10% discount. The hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores where you can shop until you drop.

Not recommended. This is my first time traveling abroad multiple times and being charged for an extra blanket – 50 RMB per night – even though I booked a suite. The lady at the front desk had a fake smile when I checked in on the first day.

Great location with plenty of good eateries nearby, and both bus stops and the train station just a few minutes’ walk away. Reception staff provided excellent service. We were given a high-floor room with lovely sunset views. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—definitely value for money.
