The room was cleaner than I expected and the staff were very kind, which made my trip absolutely wonderful. The toilet flushed perfectly fine. When I asked for a hairdryer replacement because it was broken, they happily accommodated my request. There was one time when the staff wasn't at the front desk during the expected hours, so if you're in a hurry, it might be a good idea to contact them by phone or other means.

Walking from the subway station, the hotel entrance had a strong sewage smell. The check-in area on the first floor, the elevators, and the hallways all lacked air conditioning, making it incredibly hot. Check-in wasn't until 4 PM. The room itself was extremely old and rundown, with many rusted areas. There were even hairs left near the hairdryer. The hand soap was heavily diluted with water, and the faucet at the sink was so short it was inconvenient to wash hands. There's also a small step when entering the bathroom that's completely unmarked, causing me to miss my footing. Of the two beds, one was right next to a very hot refrigerator. The other was right by the window, making it awkward to get in and out, and directly against the curtains. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, making it very cold. The sofa and chairs were incredibly worn out and peeling, as if they'd been used for centuries. Breakfast was also terrible. It only consisted of toast, ham, cheese, and instant noodles. When it was crowded, you had to queue forever to get instant noodles cooked. The roasted eggs weren't good either; they weren't fresh and were hollow inside. The only redeeming quality, I suppose, was that the room was relatively spacious. Otherwise, there was nothing good about it. When checking out, they just had us leave our luggage by the door for storage, without even providing a luggage tag.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a street full of soup and rice restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and a CU convenience store right at the alley entrance downstairs. The subway is also a 10-minute walk. However, the room was not great. The sofa's faux leather was peeling and flaking off terribly, with black bits all over the floor. We also had to specifically request room cleaning from the front desk. We stayed for five nights and only asked for cleaning once, but even then, the bed wasn't made? And the trash cans didn't have liners; clean liners were just left in the can. Are we supposed to put them in ourselves?

10mins walk to Seomyeon main area, take quite some time especially when it is raining or super hot. No front desk when we arrive at 10am, would be better if there is front desk staff.

This was my second time eating here because the food was so good last time! It's within walking distance of Seomyeon Station and Beomnaegol Station, and there's a bus stop nearby. You can even walk to the bustling downtown area! The rooms are also clean, so I highly recommend this hotel!

Check-in is at 4 PM, but you can check in an hour early for 10,000 won. However, the bed had a lot of hair on it, so I couldn't possibly sleep on it and asked for it to be cleaned. Room cleaning requests must be made at the front desk by 3 PM. I asked for a gown replacement, but only towels were restocked. There's only one key card; an additional one requires a 20,000 won deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. The parking is mechanical, and you have to operate it yourself. It's best to ask the front desk for instructions when someone is there, as there are times when no one is available. The room is very good and very spacious, which is really pleasant. However, the cleaning hadn't been done when we arrived; it was really dirty... I'll let you check the photos. We asked for someone to come back and clean it, and then it was fine. It got off to a bad start, but in the end, it was okay! Its excellent location is a huge plus. The breakfast is a bit lacking; there isn't much on offer, and more importantly, there are only 6 tables available, so it fills up very quickly.

The bedroom and the bathroom are large. The bedroom has a safe, a fridge and a large sreen TV. The remote controls the TV and the lights and the A/C. The bathroom has a shower and a tub and a smart toilet. The hotel has a laundry room that you can use. You can buy cleaning product at the reception. The hotel provides also a free breakfast.
