Shire Hotel Heritage Busan Station

I'd love to stay here again. It was friendly and clean. I especially liked how clean the bathroom was. The bedding was crisp and fluffy, just what you'd expect from a typical hotel. The breakfast was delicious too, and the egg tart was great. I was on a solo business trip for a conference, and I felt very safe here. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Having a cafe right on the first floor was super convenient for grabbing drinks on the way out. The rooms, bathrooms, and hallways all felt immaculately clean, and the cleaning service was very discreet, ensuring guest privacy. Its proximity to Busan Station also made using public transport a breeze. I'll definitely be back again soon~!

I came to Busan and booked this place because it was a clean accommodation near the station. First of all, I was surprised by how pretty the entrance was, and I was very satisfied with the cafe and lounge area on the first floor, which I could use anytime. After checking in, I looked around the room and it was quite pretty and clean, so I was able to stay for a day feeling very pleasant. Additionally, they provided a coupon for a free drink at the cafe, so I was very satisfied with the service as well. If I come to Busan again, I think I'll revisit this place.

I booked a non-smoking deluxe double room for two nights. On the first night, the hotel told us they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available, which we reluctantly accepted. But when we saw the room, I was absolutely shocked. The smoke smell was tolerable, but the wallpaper was peeling and damaged, the ceiling was visibly dirty, the door paint was flaking, and the chairs in the room looked like they'd been salvaged from a junkyard. The bathroom ceiling was even more disgustingly dirty, and there were mosquitoes in the room. Luckily, the staff said they would move us to a different room the next day. After the switch, it felt like we'd gone from hell to heaven! Why did we have to endure staying in a room that didn't match our reservation for the first night, especially when I booked so far in advance? I feel like my rights were violated, but there's nowhere to complain and fight for them.

The breakfast selection was extensive, with a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Daily housekeeping was prompt, and supplies were replenished on time. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business trips. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area. I sincerely recommend it to all my friends.

The location is right across from Busan Station, and it was quite easy to find with the map! It's definitely inside a market, and when you walk in, it feels like a hidden gem. I stayed alone in a double room, and both the room and bathroom were quite spacious, even with a bathtub! On the first floor, there's a cafe where you can get a complimentary drink. On the third day, when I was checking out, I was able to store my luggage and also organize it in the lobby before leaving. Overall, it's a great choice!
