Busan Myeongji Ciel Ocean Hotel Reviews

Room was ok although no proper desk to work. Breakfast is standard in Korea I guess but not great for occidental travelers, lots of packaged food and serve yourself style. Close enough to airport but building is a bit of in the middle of nowhere, need a car or taxi to move.

Clean and tidy place. Ideal if you're on a budget. Breakfast is ok.

I chose this hotel after reading reviews for my trip to Busan. Located in the new city of Myeongji-dong, it was a great place to explore the new town. Large restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The outdoor parking was full, so they offered indoor valet parking. Korean breakfast was only available on weekdays. Since it was the Chuseok holiday, I was limited to cornflakes and milk bread, which I found to be a bit lacking. I thought the room was clean.

The hotel offered good value for money, but the staff's customer service was somewhat lacking. The slippers weren't disposable, so I was hesitant to wear them. However, the value for money was good.

The environment was clean, parking was convenient, and it was very good. I want to use it again.

It's brand new and clean. Breakfast is free and there are staff who can speak Japanese.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and the front desk clerk was different each day. The service on the second day was particularly poor. When we returned to the hotel after lunch, the tall male clerk looked at us with a hostile look and asked, "Do you have a reservation? What room number?" His attitude and look were unbearable, and I really wanted to teach him a lesson right there and then. But because my wife was nearby, I couldn't get angry. The front desk clerks on the other two days were relatively polite.

It was clean and friendly, which was nice. There was a park nearby and many good restaurants, so it was a great stay. The water pressure and cleanliness were also great.

I visited Busan on a business trip and visited several hotels around the area, but I was most satisfied with this one in terms of cleanliness and price. It's quiet and clean, so I can rest well.
