The welcome juice was great, but we didn't use the hot spring vouchers so I'm not sure how they work. Although it's an old five-star hotel, it really doesn't compare to the four-star hotel I stayed at previously. The toilet flush was very problematic, and the sink drained slowly, which was quite frustrating. I don't know if it was just my bad luck, but it was really upsetting. I had read reviews saying the hygiene was good, but my bedsheets had unremovable stains. Additionally, I booked a high-floor room but was given a low-floor one. The platform, Mumu, actively helped me communicate, and since it was already very late, they offered compensation. The customer service's proactive and fair handling of the situation is commendable.

Lets start with location which was fantastic, plenty of shops and restaurants around and walking distance to the metro. Spa also very impressive. But rooms itself was tragic comedy for 5 stars hotel. I think it corresponding to cheap road motel then even 1 star hotel. Carpet extremely dirty, lamps dirty, under the bed was plenty of not cleaned trash collected for months. Very good for place allergic. Furniture as from 00's and also dirty. Bathroom sad to even watch and use, mold in the corners. Breakfast the worse which I get in whole Korea so far. Gym is not free, but daily price is 13000 KRW, So If I understand to hotel priority is only the spa where they invest the money for renovations. I think that trip.com needs to seriously review this hotel.

I received 3-day onsen tickets, so I was able to go every day. Also, there's a bakery called Nongshim Bakery on the first floor of the onsen center. It opens at 7 AM, so I went there for breakfast every morning. I highly recommend it. There are also many yakiniku restaurants nearby, and they're all inexpensive. It was a good hotel. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. I'd like to visit again.

It was clean and the location was great. The hot spring was the absolute highlight! The staff were friendly, and with many excellent restaurants nearby, dining was very convenient.

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room. Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.
