Absolutely fantastic panoramic view and great value for what you can get. Location is somewhat good if you enjoy a beach stroll but it is very cold in winter right now especially in the freezing winds. It is actually not very close to the shops/restaurants and the Haeundae market is about 15mins walk away so if you want local street foods, it is not at the best location. It has a hotel-like concierge but no room cleaning service and you have to separate and clean up your rubbish when you leave or you will get fined. I guess that's where they cut cost and keep the nightly rate relatively low. Be advised that all power points are Korean style and everything is in Korean so make sure to bring adaptors and keep Papago handy

The reception counter is actually at a basement. Need to ask around to get there (there are 3 reception counters for 3 different properties). After checking in, someone will bring you up to your room. Room is super spacious, nice harbour/ sea view and comfortable. Value for money. It is not near to the metro, but it is super near to the haeundae beach (oh yes, there was Christmas light ups at the beach). Everything is within walking distance, and a nice salt bread store just across the road. Nice place to catch sunrise… our family enjoyed this room. There are many restaurants just downstairs…. And just few mins walk to the SkyPark blue rail…. ❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely recommend and consider this place if I’m ever back to Busan. There is a straight bus (abt an hr ride) from Busan Train station or about 25 mins by a taxi. Not too far….

Best stay in a long time...if you are booking in that price range, there can not be a better option. Sky capsul is just a walking distance. The staff is always smiling, the reception is in a different tower, instead of trying to figure out just ask the guards. Like many other reviews, the only regret is why didn't stay more nights... lols

Spacious units and fairly clean. However, not easy to locate hotel . Have to do your own trash with limited room service.

Service: We knew we had booked a room but no one contacted us to ask what time we would arrive. We couldn't find the front desk either. We had to find a way to contact them ourselves. Who would have thought that the front desk was on the 4th floor underground? We added WeChat and thought there was a butler service, but the reply was very slow. They didn't even come to clean up during our stay. They just left a towel and water at the door and left. Hygiene: It's OK, but the bathtub is dirty. There was **** and I forgot to take a picture. Facilities: 1. Bad review! You can't charge the phone at the bedside! There is no socket! The pillow is very big and thick, and you will have backache and neck pain when you sleep. ㈡Even the master bedroom is very monotonous, ugly, and very small. Only the master bedroom toilet is good-looking in the whole room. The living room is also not good-looking. It is not photogenic at all..3️⃣Except for the master bedroom, the second bedroom does not have a bathroom, which is very inconvenient to live in. The small second bedroom has a bathroom, but it actually puts a 1.2-meter bed, which is amazing.. Location: The location is quite convenient. Cost-effectiveness: Very low, regret it. I stayed here for 3,000 a night. If it was around 1,000, it would be okay. In short, many things in the room are not used. It is big but useless. It is not photogenic and not good-looking or practical. Because there are no additional facilities, the space is wasted

Behind the hotel is X the sky and the beach. The entrances to the Mipo capsule train and the coastal train are not far away. If you want to go to the aquarium, it is also nearby. If you want to go to these places and want to enjoy the sea view, you can choose here! The rooms are very large, suitable for families with more than four people👍😌

It was a high-rise accommodation floating on the Haeundae sea. I would like to thank the kind Kim Do-kyung who helped me with the late check-in. All three of us stayed comfortably in the three large rooms with a view of the sea and the three bathrooms. It was very clean and I was satisfied with the spacious corner living room and the elegant kitchen.

First of all, the room is very big, right next to the beach. There are many Starbucks supermarkets around, but everyone needs to pay attention, the third floor is the lobby, chack in it is in B4 on the basement, remember it! ! I searched for a long time, really speechless. After checking in, there will be staff to take you upstairs to introduce the room facilities, which is still very good.

It was a 51st floor body view room with good access to Haeundae and was a place that satisfied the whole family.

Spending such money to stay in a hotel of this quality is a great value! What’s also great value for money is that for such money, you get 3 rooms (two of which have toilets and bathrooms), a large living room, and a large kitchen and dining room. We stayed for 6 days in total and had a very good experience. The service is very good and the equipment is complete, especially the kitchen, which allows us to have a better food experience in Korea; the washing machine and dryer can reduce the amount of luggage we carry, which is great! The location is also good, right next to Haeundae Beach, and there is a 24-hour pork soup rice next to the hotel. We stayed on the 93rd floor and the view was beautiful. When you check in, the check-in location is at gate 10. If you walk in, you will almost never find it the first time you go there.

It's clean and nice. It's a view from the 27th floor. It's good for family trips and friends. There are no cons except that it's very windy. ㅎㅎ

I went there once with my family and liked it so much that I went there again. El City is the best, after all^^ I don't feel like I wasted my money at all^^
