Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Ocean Terrace Reviews

The room was a bit small but quite charming, with a lovely sea view. I made sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise over the ocean. The rooftop pool at the hotel was also very picturesque, perfect for photos.

Cups were dirty Trashcan wasn't empty We just wanted our good rest While sleeping A staff was knocking on the door in the early morning asking if we checked out. I let the front staff know during check-out. He just said there might have been misunderstanding. He was apologetic, but I never had this type of experience during any stays. Please work on Cleanliness Staff training Check in/out system (if there were system errors)

The room design is fancy & moder 😄 the location is quite far from the city center and not much nearby resto, but there’s a convenience store beside.. very local vibe which is good & they have free coffee too

I always book this place when I come to Busan. The price is reasonable, the environment is great, and you can see the sea. There's a convenience store downstairs, perfect for grabbing some drinks to enjoy back at the hotel. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel but far away from the main centre. They made us wait a couple of hours to check in even though it was quiet and the room was ready.

The room was great, but if you're sensitive to noise, I'd suggest avoiding the 13th floor, as you can easily hear the pool. The pool on the 14th floor is fantastic and very photogenic. If you're checking in late at night, it's self check-in with no staff available. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided for free, but you can buy them from the vending machine on the first floor.

The room and the view were amazing but it’s just a little further out from the city which is what we found inconvenient. But there is bus stops barely a 5min walk away

Stayed here with a family member for 3 nights, everything was good the receptionist was really friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm every morning. Room was clean view was amazing.

I really liked this hotel. Even though it’s a bit remote, it’s very quiet, the view is amazing, and the room is comfortable, I truly enjoyed my stay. The bus stop is very close, and if you need to go to the airport, there is also an airport bus nearby, about a 13-minute walk. Before coming, I had read some reviews and many of them were quite negative, so I was a little worried. But once I arrived, I liked it immediately. The hotel is cozy, and the staff are very friendly. Even though it’s in a quieter area, I think it’s actually very convenient to start exploring Busan from this side. It’s much less crowded compared to the city center. Plus, Lotte Mall is just a few stops away, so if you plan to do some serious shopping, it’s very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Busan.

I enjoyed my stay at this property, particularly the beautiful location beside the ocean, which offered a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. While the overall design is modern, I found the mirrored black exterior somewhat confusing and difficult to navigate at times. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality of options. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would consider staying here again.
