The best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea! The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good. However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

I stayed in the same room type as Jang Won-young, specifically for the view. Honestly, the soundproofing isn't great, but everything else was good. The room is very spacious and has a walk-in closet, perfect for families traveling with children.

The sea view room at Park Hyatt Busan offers an unbeatable view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Gwangan Bridge – truly stunning at night. The room is quiet and luxurious, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. The overall stay was outstanding and definitely worth a return visit.

Very good experience during the stay in Busan! One o f the olive young is nearby and BHC chicken is within walking distance.

Overall, it was a good stay. I had emailed beforehand to request a crib, and the hotel even provided an extra bed rail for backup, which was a nice touch. Our room was on the lowest floor, and since it wasn't a sea view room anyway, the floor level didn't make a difference. The bathroom was quite spacious and convenient. The facilities were decent, though there were a few minor issues with cleanliness details. It was very windy at the hotel lobby entrance, but the concierge service was excellent; they proactively greeted and welcomed guests from morning till night, which was great.

The soundproofing was great, and the concierge service was very enthusiastic. The room was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. There are convenient stores, BHC fried chicken, Samgyetang, and Olive Young nearby. It faces the bridge directly, and you can even see the Saturday night light show. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the yacht marina. The only downside is that you need to put on the 'make up room' light for housekeeping, otherwise, the room won't be cleaned even if you return at 3 PM. If you put on the light, it gets cleaned promptly. The pillows are quite soft; I asked for a firm pillow but received a regular one. The breakfast service was good, but it wasn't to my taste.

We booked two rooms, and one room got upgraded to a corner suite upon check-in. Both rooms were very clean with a very nice ocean view. The breakfast at the lounge and in the room was superb, excellent food. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellmen at the entrance. Will definitely return again next time in Busan.

Staffs are nice and helpful especially the gentlemen of concierge services. Had lunch and breakfast at 32/F dinning room. Food is delicious and sufficient choices of breakfast buffet.
