The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

Arrived at the hotel at night, the surroundings were a bit desolate, but after entering the hotel, I found it very grand, the front desk service was positive, proactive and thoughtful. The breakfast had a wide variety and was nutritious.

The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The view outside the window is nice. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and it's also easy to order takeout. Transportation is convenient. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I didn't expect the floor to be so high, yet the construction noise next to the building was quite noticeable.

The new hotel is well-equipped and impeccably clean. It's conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is best eaten early, otherwise it can be a bit monotonous. Highly recommended; I would stay here again next time.

This was my first time in Fuqing, and staying at this hotel for a night was very convenient. Fuqing isn't a large city, so getting around is a breeze. There are plenty of delicious food options right downstairs and on the street next door. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Fuqing.

The hotel room facilities are very good and clean. The cleaning staff is very serious and the front desk lady Xiao Liu is also very enthusiastic. However, the location is a little off and the surroundings are relatively quiet. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Daliqiao Ancient Street for about 12 yuan.

The overall experience is super five-star level, highly recommended! The hotel has an elegant environment, the lobby is clean and high-end, the room is spacious and bright, clean and odorless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep until dawn. The service was intimate and thoughtful, the staff was gentle and courteous, the response was timely and meticulous, and the details were full. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh and delicious, the facilities are fully maintained, and the travel is convenient.

Hygiene: Not very good. Two bugs crawled out of the bed just after I checked in yesterday, and before I lay down, the plug in the room was still broken. Later I changed to a better room, but the quilt didn't feel clean and I kept itching when I slept. I still felt itchy all over during the day today! I felt better after taking a shower when I came back home at night, but my body was still itchy! The price is cheap but the hygiene is really not good~~~~
