Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay; the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, proactively explaining all the facility details. Room service was prompt and meticulous, responding to requests super fast, showing thoughtfulness in every detail, which made me feel warm and comfortable the whole time. The room was spacious and bright with a well-planned layout, and all appliances and bathroom facilities were readily available. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The gym, lounge area, and other amenities are comprehensive, making it convenient whether you're relaxing or traveling. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Clean and hygienic, quite nice. I don't stay in hotels often, but this was at least as good as the ¥375 Four Seasons Hotel in Suzhou North. Since I have a Border Collie, the environment is great and I can bring my dog, so it's perfect.

A very satisfying stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and there were many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and hygienic, which I was very pleased with. It's also closer to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Excellent location with convenient transportation and bustling surroundings, making it easy to get around. There's a subtle pleasant scent upon entering, and the layout is well-designed. Qian at the front desk provided great service, quickly resolving any issues. The staff were attentive and thorough, and the hot water was plentiful.

Compared with many finalizing this hotel, it did not disappoint. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the atmosphere is full, which is very suitable for business people to stay and rest temporarily. The staff is warm and warm, and the details are full of care. The bedding is soft and fluffy, the sleep experience is great, the bathroom is dry and clean, no smell, the price is outstanding, and the next trip will be decisively repurchased.

The hotel has a great location, surrounded by thriving commercial areas. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is plentiful, and the local Fuyang specialties left a deep impression. They even served complimentary stewed white fungus soup in the evening. The service was warm and attentive; Kally at the front desk proactively upgraded us to the executive floor. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel location is very good, just opposite the train station, the environment is elegant, the living is very comfortable, very quiet, you can park for free, you can also charge the tram, the hotel staff service is very warm, next time you have the opportunity to live.

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
