"The hotel is conveniently located close to Golmud Station; a short taxi ride got us there right after we arrived. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was also quite good, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The Charhan Salt Lake, which we visited from Golmud, was absolutely breathtaking."

GGuest UserThe hotel isn't located in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. There's a parking lot in the backyard with two fast charging stations; a young man was there to guide us through parking and charging, and even helped with our luggage. The receptionist was beautiful and kind. There's also a laundry room and a printer; I needed to print a form, and the receptionist helped me with that too. The rooms were well-soundproofed and quiet. They even provided complimentary yogurt.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe. The room was clean and tidy, and they have a smart robot that delivers takeout. The hotel itself is very new and high-tech, and it even has a washer-dryer combo, which is a great touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles, though they could be a bit chewier – something to improve on. Everything else was really good. The service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing extra blankets and hangers. I would definitely come back.

The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. GGuest UserThe hotel is 4 kilometers away from Golmud Railway Station. There are breakfast shops and mutton restaurants nearby. You can take a taxi in and out. Because there are few people in Golmud, there are few buses. The room is spacious and bright, there is an elevator, no air conditioning (because it is very cool here), there is a water purifier, especially like it. Golmud is out of wolfberry, red and big, there is a specialty store next to the hotel, it is opened by the Hui people, compared many, just on the right hand side of the hotel several affordable. If you want to go to Kunlun Mountain or Chaerhan Salt Lake, you can go to the local group for a day trip, package pick-up, but you must choose the weather.
