Kaifeng Business Hotels

The environment was bright and comfortable, the space was spacious, and the room was elegantly decorated with a touch of Zen, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The desk was large, and a small tea set was provided for relaxing tea drinking. The bedding was warm and comfortable, and the bathroom had a stable and ample supply of hot water; the facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude was mediocre; they were not prompt enough and lacked enthusiasm. One electrical component in the room malfunctioned, rendering the kettle, TV, and chargers unusable. When I reported the kettle problem, the response was: ”Are you sure you didn't put it upside down?” Two staff members followed up without success, and I was eventually asked to change rooms. No assistance was offered for the room change, wasting nearly half an hour. One staff member said they would bring another room card after the change, but after waiting a long time, I proactively asked the staff, only to find out that they had called the room but no one answered and the matter was dropped. There was no apology throughout, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Only after expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk did a staff member apologize multiple times.

Environment: The environment was nice, and quite quiet at night, making it a good place to rest. The breakfast restaurant was also decent. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Facilities and Service: Let's discuss these together. The front desk service was very nice; they even helped deliver takeout from the front desk to the room, which was really convenient in the dead of winter. However… the hotel still had some issues with details, such as: 1. Many items in the breakfast restaurant didn't have name tags. For example, there was a ”Soy Milk” sign next to the milk sign… I spent ages looking for the milk sign. 2. The smart voice system in our room wasn't working… This is really important for young people. If this had been mentioned at check-in, it wouldn't have been such a big deal. But when the guest approached the front desk, it seemed the front desk was unaware that the smart speaker in their room had been sent back for repairs. The guest reported this late at night, and the front desk replied that housekeeping would bring one shortly… However, a few minutes later, a housekeeping staff member arrived empty-handed, saying it was broken and had been sent back for repairs. (It seems that several departments hadn't communicated or coordinated regarding the broken device.) Upon checkout, when the front desk asked for feedback, I mentioned the smart speaker issue. The man in the gray suit at the front desk asked, ”Is it not working properly or is it not available at all? It seems like one room's device was sent back for repairs.” (It seems like one room…) What? It seems like one room? His tone was uncertain, and he didn't know the room number. (As a manager, this equipment defect is a serious service oversight!)

The store service is very good, the last time I went to Wei's to live once, I felt good, this time I lived for the second time! Like the store's service attitude 👍 The only flaw is that the holiday parking space is very tight. My car is a bit big. The parking space is tight and it is not easy to park. Finally, the friend's car parked at the hotel. Of course, the hotel security uncle is still very patient to arrange a parking space for you!

The hotel environment is really good. It is a courtyard house. The rooms are clean and have free drinks. The butler Guo Guo Xuexue has a very good service attitude and upgraded the room. It is very good. The bosses are very satisfied.

During a weekend trip to Lankao to visit relatives, we spotted this incredibly luxurious hotel and decided to treat ourselves and our child to a stay. **Facilities:** This must be the most comprehensively equipped hotel in Lankao, and it would be hard to find another with such extensive amenities even in all of Kaifeng. It boasts a coffee shop, buffet restaurant, swimming pool and fitness center, Chinese restaurant, tea restaurant, banquet hall, cinema room, and premium bathing facilities (featuring Lankao's unique intangible cultural heritage, the Yangzhou back scrubbing service). There are also boutique shops and a 'Starry Sky Garden' on the third floor. The facilities are truly superb and offer excellent value for money! **Hygiene:** The guest rooms were incredibly clean, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job. The lobby was also spotless. **Environment:** The overall ambiance is truly exceptional. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a sense of grandeur. The entire decor is very thoughtfully designed, especially the central staircase with its white marble flooring and illuminated luxury stone walls. Pictures simply don't do justice to the stunning visual impact in person! **Service:** The service was excellent. The hotel provided numerous small gifts for children, some even delivered by robots! My child called the front desk to ask for a Coke, and it arrived promptly. In the evening, the hotel surprised us with an extra plate of fruit, which was a delightful touch.

The environment was great, the room design was beautiful, and the basic amenities were excellent. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and even provided disposable toilet seat covers. There was a refrigerator, a TV for watching Bilibili, and the provided comb was very useful. The heating was excellent and adjustable, making it very warm at night. Delivery was conveniently delivered to the room by a robot. I walked to the museum to visit. ∠（ ᐛ 」∠）＿

The rooms at Cloud Enjoy Hotel are spacious and bright, clean and hygienic. The transportation is very convenient, as it's very close to Songchenglu Station, just a few minutes' walk away. In particular, the mattress was very comfortable, and we slept very well at night. There's a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee smells great. Overall, the service attitude was excellent. We will prioritize staying here again when we come to Kaifeng in the future!

When traveling with children, it is a good choice to choose Orange. The children like it very much. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the museum and the Planning Museum. There is also a pick-up station, which is very considerate.

A hotel temporarily set for a business trip. I didn't expect to exceed expectations, the room was very clean, the parking at the door was convenient, the front desk also sent Kaifeng specialty souvenirs, and I had the opportunity to live here.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with a great surrounding area. It's right next to a snack street, and Xingjia Old Shop Guotie is nearby, as well as Kaifeng's famous steamed buns with soup. There's free parking right in front of the building, and the front desk even told me about an underground parking garage, which is really convenient, and it even has charging stations! The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, providing excellent travel tips. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities were complete and modern, even featuring a robot for deliveries. It offers great value for money and isn't far from the scenic spots. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng!
