"Very very new hotel, the bedding is absolutely comfortable, the outside is very quiet, there is an open-air seat on the second floor, there is a washing machine room, you can never think of it in the laundry room, there is actually a billiard table, the second floor of the hotel has a staircase to the outside. QQiangsen666This is the best hotel in Lüsi Port Town. The entire design concept is based on a five-star hotel, and the level of service is indeed five-star. I don't know why it's listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel room is quite spacious, actually around 42 square meters. The facilities are new, except the air conditioning wasn't very hot; perhaps because it's spring and the central air conditioning is off, it was a bit chilly at night. The room was very clean, with attention to detail. The hotel's promotional video was excellent, showcasing many of the hotel's intangible cultural heritage artworks and design concepts. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is a well-known local restaurant, excellent for seafood, as it's located in a famous fishing port. The receptionist, Ms. Shi, was very warm and attentive, even providing us with complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful. Special praise goes to the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant; she was exceptionally welcoming and even personally served me noodles when I couldn't carry two! 👍 The receptionist at the restaurant on April 6th deserves a huge thumbs up—a bright smile and warm service. The hotel butler also sent greetings via WeChat. It's rare to find such a good hotel in a small town. By the way, there are charging stations in the underground parking garage; slow charging is convenient, but the electricity cost of 2.24 yuan per kilowatt-hour is a bit expensive, judging from the perspective of a Black Diamond member. This hotel deserves a 90 out of 100; it's a great choice for anyone visiting Lüsi Port.

AAnonymous UserThe room we stayed in was 8311. The location was good, the room was relatively large, there was a sofa, the window was open and could not be closed, there were many cars outside at night and it was a bit noisy, but the air circulation in the room was good.
There was a smell in the bathroom of the room, the smell of the sewer was stinky, and then the aunt came to clean it the next day. When I came back from playing on the beach at night (it was half an hour away from Golden Beach), I smelled the bathroom and there was no smell, but! As soon as the shower was turned on and the ventilation inside was turned on, there was a smell again, woo woo woo, it was really the smell of the sewer. Later, I asked the front desk and they said that the ventilation could not be turned off, and it was troublesome to change the room. I brought a disposable bed cover, and I was afraid of trouble, so I endured it for a while and did not change it.
But I really recommend asking the engineer to take a look at the exhaust and bathroom sewer of this room. The smell is really strong😂😂

1. **Two Key Cards – A Summer Blessing**: I must especially commend the hotel for providing two key cards! This is incredibly thoughtful, especially for a summer stay. One card can be left permanently in the power slot, ensuring the room's air conditioning continues to run when we're out. This means that no matter when we return to the room, we're greeted by a cool and comfortable environment, without having to endure the stuffy wait while it recools. This small detail significantly enhanced the comfort and convenience of a summer stay; it's very user-friendly.
2. **Abundant Drink Options, No Kettle Needed**: The room's coffee machine and separate instant hot water dispenser are also huge pluses. This means we can easily get hot water for tea or other beverages anytime, completely eliminating the need for a traditional electric kettle. This not only saves waiting time but also alleviates concerns about potential scale or cleanliness issues with kettles, feeling more hygienic and quicker. The coffee machine also met the need for a hot cup of coffee anytime, which was very convenient.
**Suggestions for Improvement**
**Disposable Towel Experience Was Subpar**: The only minor inconvenience was the disposable bath towels provided in the room. While I understand the hotel might offer disposable items for environmental reasons or convenience, in practice, their absorbency was poor. After use, there were still noticeable water streaks on the skin, making it feel like I hadn't dried off properly. For drying after a shower, the experience wasn't ideal; I might need to use multiple towels to achieve the desired effect, which is neither eco-friendly nor comfortable.
Overall, the hotel has done an excellent job in enhancing guest convenience and comfort, and these details show great care. If the quality of the disposable towels could be upgraded to biodegradable products with better absorbency and a more comfortable feel, or if high-quality, reusable cotton towels were offered as an option, I believe the overall stay experience would be even more perfect. These minor issues don't detract from the overall excellent experience, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the towel experience on my next stay! I forgot to take photos of the room, so this is an exterior shot taken through the room window.

MMJ MaphephaI had a pleasant stay at the Homeinn Selected Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to locate. The room was well-maintained, smelled fresh, and included all the essentials one would expect for a comfortable stay.
However, checking in as a foreign guest proved to be a bit challenging, despite the hotel's claim of being welcoming to both locals and international travelers. It would be helpful if the check-in process were made smoother for non-Chinese guests.
Overall, a good experience in terms of cleanliness and comfort, with just a bit of room for improvement in the check-in process for foreigners.

1. The room is quite good, with 4 bottles of water
2. The location is quite close to the commercial street
3. Toothbrush and toothpaste are in the room, no need to go to the front desk to get them
4. There are windows that can be opened and equipped with screens.
5. Breakfast was pretty good, except that the aunt who made the wontons was too slow, fearing that too many people would order the wontons if she made them too quickly.
What I feel bad about:
1. There is a strange smell when entering the room, it feels like the smell of cigarette smoke
2. Not friendly to children. There is no bedside. Even though I put 2 pillows on it, I still fell off the bed in the middle of the night. In the end, I had no choice but to move the table and chairs to the side of the bed.
3. I wiped the dust on the bedside table and telephone twice. The children touched it everywhere, so I wiped it everywhere.
4. The refrigerator was plugged in, but the refrigerator was broken. Even calling the front desk didn't solve the problem. They sent a technician up, looked at the problem, and said it was broken. I said, oh, my mung bean cake and yogurt were left in the broken refrigerator. It lasted a day and I couldn’t eat anything.
5. I asked the front desk if there was a children's playground nearby. The front desk said he didn't know. Well, I'd better search it on Dianping.com.
This hotel is more suitable for business trips. If you are staying with children, there are no small stairs for children to walk up and wash their hands.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Magnolia Hotel in Industrial Park for business some time ago and I really thought it was great!
The hotel is strategically located in the core area of the industrial park, surrounded by many companies, with a well-developed transportation network and close to subway stations and bus stops. Whether you are going to nearby companies to negotiate business or to other areas of the city for sightseeing, travel is extremely convenient.
The interior of the room gave me a great surprise. The overall design is simple, stylish and warm, the decoration is exquisite and thoughtful, the space layout is reasonable, and the lighting and ventilation are good. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to quickly fall into a sweet dream after a busy day. The room facilities are complete, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has excellent cooling and heating effects, and the intelligent control system adds a lot of convenience and fun to your stay. The configuration of desk, sofa and other facilities is just right, meeting my dual needs of work and leisure.
The hotel's service is first class. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When checking in, they were not only efficient and quick, but also noticed that I was tired from the journey. They offered me a cup of hot tea and took the initiative to introduce restaurants and facilities around the hotel. When I asked for a nearby printing shop to prepare business materials, they immediately helped me find and provided detailed route information.
