The lady at the front desk was so sweet! They specifically arranged a non-smoking floor for me, and the room was quite clean. The bathroom even had a separate wet and dry area, which was great! The hairdryer was exceptionally good. I found it amusing that there was a weight scale though, lol. Is it a subtle hint because the breakfast is so good that I shouldn't overeat? Hahaha!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The facilities are all brand new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to get to Hengqin Port and Chimelong. Best of all, the price is really affordable, and the experience is easily on par with a higher-end hotel like Hanting. I'll definitely be back!

The Feng 1022 was truly excellent! They were very helpful and answered every question with care. The room was newly renovated, breakfast was delicious, and parking was convenient. It was really fantastic!

This was my second stay, and the hotel room was very comfortable. I particularly liked the automatic curtains and the nice bedding. The large swimming pool is right downstairs, so remember to bring your swimsuit. While the breakfast isn't as lavish as a big hotel's, it offers a decent selection including fried eggs, congee, coffee, soy milk, steamed buns, and various vegetables. A great perk is the in-room laundry facility, which was perfect for washing my child's clothes during the week. They also offer free parking, and there's a convenience store right in the parking lot. The front desk service was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Overall, I'm very satisfied. What I appreciated most was the room cleanliness and room service. We stayed for three days, and whenever we needed fresh towels or bottled water, someone would quickly bring them. It was excellent! Food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot. However, the pillows were too flat, and even the 'firm' one was quite soft, so my son didn't sleep very well. The swimming pool was good too. It had a shallow area on one side and a very shallow area on the other, convenient for young children, as well as a deep end for proper swimming. My only thought was that in the evening, having only two white spotlights felt a bit simplistic; adding some decorative lighting would make swimming much more enjoyable. Traffic downstairs was very congested. It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port, but due to the traffic, the driver suggested we get off at the previous intersection and walk for 3 minutes, which was fine by me as I didn't want to wait. When we left, the taxi app showed an estimated fare of 15-21 yuan, but no cars responded, so we hailed a taxi which cost 26 yuan to the port. The traffic wasn't a huge problem though, as there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance, as well as a newly opened large shopping mall, which is super convenient.

This hotel has an elegant and grand ambiance, with attentive and thoughtful service from the front desk. The bedding is comfortable and clean, and the entire place is spotless. The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and it's very easy to visit tourist attractions. Plus, the local snacks nearby are absolutely delicious.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had recently, genuinely deserving a full five-star rating! The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with the lobby and public areas of the hallways consistently dry and neat, free from odors and clutter. Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

Traveling to Macao and Chimelong with my family, we decided to stay at the Xiangjiang Vick Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. At this price point, it definitely deserves a 5-star rating! The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's close to Gongbei Port, about a 15-minute walk, or you can take a bus right outside for just two stops, making border crossing to Macao super easy. For Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I recommend taking a Didi (ride-sharing app), which costs around 30-40 yuan. We spent half a day strolling and digging in the sand by the beach, which was absolutely delightful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel-recommended traditional dim sum place was delicious. Plus, it's only a few minutes' drive to the high-speed train station and Zhuhai Airport terminal, making it perfect whether you're catching a train or a flight. The room layout is well-designed, spacious, and comfortable, and it even has a bathtub – a relaxing soak after a long day was wonderful. The hotel service was also excellent; the housekeeping auntie was kind and friendly, and the front desk staff were great too, even giving us a small gift at check-out. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was spotless, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided and odor-free. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient.

The room view was great, very pleasant. What was a bit strange was that the room only came with two bottles of water, and any extra bottles were charged at 5 yuan each. Nearby, the Maolin Hotel provides four bottles of water and allows you to add four more for free, and even then, they only charge 3 yuan per bottle. The hotel really needs to learn from this. Also, they didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers for children. The breakfast was truly disappointing, there wasn't much to eat. They charged 48 yuan for a child, and a small bottle of Sprite was 15 yuan. This is definitely not a four-star standard. Perhaps it's an older hotel, as they seem to lack attention to detail.
