Tallinn Business Hotels

Great location, right next to bus and tram stops, and not far from the main bus terminal. The front desk staff were excellent and always eager to help with any questions. Breakfast wasn't super diverse, but it had all the essentials. My only minor complaint is that on the last day, the juice machine only had water in it.

You can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I had a good night's sleep every night. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always smiling and quick to respond to my needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is superb, with convenient transportation access and many attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Tallinn's Ferry D-Terminal to the Old Town. It's also very close to the Tallinn Bus Terminal, and you can take a direct tram to the Old Town, so the access is excellent. Guests share the refrigerator, microwave, and kettle in the communal kitchen, and the staff regularly washes the dishes, which is very convenient.

Locates near the cruise terminal and 15 minutes walk to old town. The attitude of the staff is average. Design of the family room is strange. There is a wall separating two King bed. The kettle and coffee maker locate at the inner corner of the room which are not user friendly.

Nice brand new hotel . Otel room amenities are simple . Clean and good enough size for 2 people . Modern bathroom. For location if you travel by bus is good only far 5-7 minutes by walking . But if you want to be close to city centre need to use bus or tram . By walking city center is around 30 minutes . So even the hotel name is central Tallin is not in central .

The employee who served us was very tired, didn't smile, couldn't find the reservation and left us in an awkward position the whole time

It's high time to renovate the hotel. The soundproofing is terrible, and listening to your neighbors cough and blow their noses is hardly entertaining. Now, instead of mini shampoo bottles, there's a dispenser on the wall. Empty. Thankfully, for 90 euros a night, it's very convenient. Is water in the room a paid service? Excellent.
