"Hotel near to Nagoya Hill also near to restaurant and the famous shop (Alpa Mart & Indo Maret). Just walking distance around 1-3 minutes. Service in hotel very good and statisfied. "Multiple time staying at Artotel Batam... A fan of the Artotel Group... Other location have stay before from jkt, medan, yogja and bali. A shout out to front desk Monica... Kudos for the friendly approach.. two 👍👍 up.. Food is always great at the restaurant... Service was ok.. Room... U get what u paid... But a bit disappointed with housekeeping... The room is not that clean.. stain bedsheets and cover... With spots and lipstick stain.. not sure if it was changed from the last guest or not.. but a request for house keeping to change ... Had it change.. but house keeper face was like.. ***.. so after a tip.. the smile from ear to ear..."

I love the location the most. Fuss-free hotel tbh. Only issue i have with this hotel is that there is no power socket by the bed. So i have to charge it next to the tv. Also the toilet had a backflow issue which is gross - this is fixed by the hotel after i mentioned it to them. Not my first stay here. If you’re not fussy, want cheap and convenient, then this hotel is it. Please get the breakfast along with your rooms as it’s more worth it that way and the food is REALLY GOOD.

I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance.

The hotel's location is very convenient; you're never too far from anywhere. The family room we stayed in was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a diverse range of food. Nearby, there's a large A2 food court, BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, massage parlors, hair salons, bird's nest shops, and local product stores, all within walking distance. If it's too hot to walk, you can easily and affordably take a Gojek.

Convenient location near Grand Batam Mall and eateries. A good and tasty breakfast spread is provided, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They even extended our checkout time to 1pm when requested. However, the rooms at Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam Hotel constantly smell of cigarette smoke. We have requested and issued a non-smoking room on a non-smoking level, but the smoke smell keeps coming back from the toilet, even though we have aired the room. The pillows and blankets do have a lingering cigarette stench as well. It's definitely unacceptable for a non-smoking floor and rooms. Also, the towels are looking quite tired with frills and discolouration. Hopefully, the hotel will look into improving the air quality in the rooms and hallways of non-smoking levels and refreshing the towels.

The room was pretty clean, and dining options were convenient. There's a large food court nearby, and a big mall right across the street, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also just about ten minutes from Harbour Bay ferry terminal.

Very convenient location as near to BCM and BGM, shops, massage and food are easily assessible. Rooms are big but hotel breakfast is not very good. Rooms also have strong cigarettes smell. Cleanliness also needs improvement. Towels are yellowish and seems to be used for decades. Cups are also dirty. Pillow case have stains. Besides the location convenience, I can't think of any good reviews.

Great experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!
