Super 8 by Wyndham El Dorado

Worst stay ever. The lady was rude at check in I had my receipt showing my room was paid for and she argued with me for almost 1 hr. She had an attitude when we first walked in. There was never anyone at the desk when you needed them. The breakfast ****** all there was to eat was cereal and spoiled orange juice. There was a waffle maker and a toaster but nothing for them. The hotel had a smell to it.

Only good thing about this property was the price, but learned the hard way cheap isn't always better

Very disappointed with this hotel, first room the zircon did not work, was then moved to another one which had a very unpleasant stale smell, but at least the aircon worked. I should have known what to expect when the car park was full of work pick up trucks. The entrance hall was all muddy from the workers boots. I could hear dogs barking from some of the rooms although, the second room I was placed in was further down the hall from them. The next morning at 6.45 am I went to the breakfast area to get a coffee, this was barely Luke warm. The guy behind the desk was more interested in playing games on his phone. I gave up and left, needless to say, I will not be stopping here again. I get the impression from staying in many of these Asian Indian run hotels that they are only interested in providing the bare minimum, even down to maintenance to maximise profits. Once again, the photos on the site are misleading and not really representative of what it looks like now. The Hotel owners should be made to post new photos every 3 years to show reality rather than what it looked like when built.

I checked out a day early so I requested a credit for early check out with the clerk in person upon checking out. It was high school graduation weekend, and they were fully booked and shouldn't have had a problem renting the room again as I left very early in the morning. I called the hotel on three occasions asking the status of my refund and was told each time they would ask their manager and get back with me. I never received a call back. I sent three emails requesting my refund and still haven't received any replies or refund from my emails. Bath towels are the size of a hand towel. North side exit door is broken so anybody can gain access to the rooms without a key card with is a major security issue. Breakfast choices are very limited. Front desk clerk is never at the front desk. Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay. I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and my visit two years ago was pleasant. I'm not sure what changed but I will not stay here again. I'm still waiting to hear back on my refund.

We were in room 111. Wow what a night This room is by the main entrance and by the stairs. I might of got 3 hours of sleep all night. We could hear everyone gong up and down the stairs ALL NIGHT. Not a good experience. Make room 111 into storage or something

I’m not a person that needs a fancy hotel by any means, as long as it’s clean, this hotel was definitely not that. The hotel was filthy, there was garbage and dirt all over the floor in the hallway, when I walked into the room there were stands of hair on everything, the sink in the bathroom was visibly dirty, the vent was falling out of the ceiling, the floor was gross, to the point I refused to take my shoes off even once. The chair in the corner was covered in stains. The bedding appeared okay. For the price I honestly didn’t expect much, but this hotel was gross and the location is a little sketchy as well.
