The reception are very unfriendly, the room device did not replace the dirty towel, they just retold them and pretend the are new. Find a better place, it does not deserve to be a four star hotel

good location near the metro on the outskirts of paris,.however there is no functioning AC during a heatwave in Paris and nothing has been done for my 4 nights stay..staffs were nice tho

Clean and fully equipped room.
Nothing to complain about. Perfect location.
Only downgrade was the parking location but it's not something not overcomable.

Amazing hotel. Room was super clean and comfortable. Had a view of the Eiffel Tower from a distance which was a bonus. Steps away from the metro station into the city with loads of shops and amenities around. Would definitely stay again!

Conveniently located near the Metro Station but many stops away from the city centre. Staff are friendly and responsive with our requests but disposable tooth brush and paste were not available

A very clean and tidy room, just a one-minute walk from the metro station. There are McDonald’s, bakery, and supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. Daily cleaning service is provided. It was a great stay!
