Palace Hotel & Spa
"Awful in terms of cleanliness and if you were expecting the staff to care ... Keep on dreaming. Though I wouldn't blame the staff as it seems like management simply doesn't care. I'd suggest not paying more than £50 a night and be ready to pay for extras and beg for towels 😂"
Best Western Plus Buxton Lee Wood Hotel
"Room was amazing, staff at reception polite and helpful great service, cleaners were nice and helpful 10/10"
Premier Inn Buxton
"Great location about 15 minutes walk into Buxton, lots of parking. Our room was very quiet at night considering the hotel is on a main road. All areas were clean and tidy and lots of choice for breakfast"
Buxton Crescent
"Facilities: The bedding was incredibly comfortable and clean, ensuring a great night's sleep. The spa is absolutely amazing, and the pool and sauna are fantastic too, though the sauna was a bit too hot for my liking. Breakfast and the restaurant were both delicious. I highly recommend everyone come and try it out!"
Compton Guest House
YHA Ravenstor
"Booked a camping pod. Had a really great time. Staff were very friendly. Our only criticism would be the showers and loos. Not enough for the campers there. One dedicated shower and one in the disabled loo. Having said that, though, we will definitely go back."
Kingscroft
"This is my best hotel experience, I was waited on my Vol who bless him tried his best to provide all I needed even gave me tips on how to get around the town. Their breakfast was top notch, was served as if I was at the Ritz’s Hotel. His wife was the chef and my God, she was good l, very large portions. Packed some in a lovey box, see pic and made hot chocolate to go as I was in a hurry for two day. God bless you both🥰🙏 Thanks again, will surely come back❤️🤎"
Old Hall Hotel
"Nice hotel in a great location. Slept well and breakfast was really nice. Would stay here again"
George Inn
"This place is lovely, the staff are delightful. The prices are great. Connor was brilliant and couldn’t help enough. Would definitely recommend a visit here."

The Merchant's Yard
"Absolutely fabulous! Everything such attention to detail. So well organised, all of the staff welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing. Spotlessly clean. And lovely that has such interesting history too. Would definitely recommend!!"
The Old Vicarage B&B
"The charming hosts were so welcoming and helpful with suggestions of where to eat out. The location was stunning, next to the church and in a beautiful village. We thought that the room, Church View, was gorgeous, large and comfortable with a sumptuous bed, and lovely claw foot bath in the well appointed en-suite bathroom. We wished we could have stayed for longer and hope to return. The breakfast was simply delicious with plenty of choice and use of local produce. Highly recommended!"
