先說優勢，地址位置方便易尋，服務人員熱情友好，但是設施真得太過於陳舊，窗戶無法完全關閉，外面的噪音聽得一清二楚，入住期間沒一天睡得安穩，冷空氣也能直接進入房間，房間溫度不高。衛生間的水龍頭不容易操作。

Excellent Old Hotel on the main street in Bydgosczc. You are approximately a 5 minute walk to the Main Square. The rooms could use a Reno job, as everything is old. Room had free water/tea and coffee. Unfortunately, parking was not free. It cost 65zl a day ($24 Canadian). I found it a little steep!!! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and walking around the close-by attractions.

Beautiful exterior and great customer service. The food was very good too. And this is it I’m afraid. This really is (was) generally beautiful building. Run down and very old fashioned rooms (late 80s early 90s). Bathroom towels of very poor quality. No a/c. 30C in the room during summer!! 27C during the night. Plastic windows! Broken or missing curtains (room 310). There’s a terrace. Dirty with even dirtier Sun loungers ( cheap Coca Cola once). Generally speaking beautiful but run down building. Very old fashioned rooms ( not old or classic just late 80s). No a/c in apartments is beyond believe. Owners clearly don’t care about customers. Thanks to the Polish/Ukrainian staff keeping high level of service.

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights. Hotel is situated in historical building, with amazing stairs. Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, quite big bathroom. There was a fridge, TV, hairdresser. The breakfast was so nice, tasty, big choise, I liked it so much. There was also gym and sauna, but we didnt use it. Hotel is quite in the centre, just short distance to the main square. There is a hotel parking with extra charge. I can recommend it to all.

The building is an absolute dream for style lovers. Th hotel could do with a bit of renovations, fresh carpets, nicer bathrooms and better quality of beds. Breakfast is gigantic! Reception staff was very friendly the waiters at the bar not so much. Location 10 out of 10!

W dniach 23-26 korzystaliśmy z hotelu pod Orłem. Wrażenie z jakości usługi hotelowej pozytywne lecz nad wyraz irytującym jest brak dostępności do polskich kanałów TV. W pakiecie jest możliwość wyboru kanałów niemieckich , ukraińskich, arabskich, anglojęzycznych, francuskich, włoskich, a z polskich są tylko śmieciowe programy TVN i zdominowane propagandą koalicji 13-go grudnia 3 programy neo TVP. TVP 3 już brak, a takie ogólnie na multipleksie dostępne programy jak TV Republika czy TV Trwam są nieobecne. Hotel jest miejscem wypoczynku , a nie indoktrynacji politycznej.
