Premier Inn Llanelli Central West

Thumbs up for this lovely clean, quiet Premier Inn. Beautiful setting, lovely helpful people, very clean room. Only thing I would say is that it was a little "tight" with facilities. Two of us staying for 2 nights, but only had one bath towel and one small towel. No glass/cups in the room at all, except of course fort the cups for beverages. Had to go and ask for more towels and a glass. Upon request at reception, very helpful and gave us what we needed.

Excellent facility, with access to Brewers Fayre sited adjacent to beautiful lake and beach beyond. Very reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff very polite and helpful

We've been coming here 3 yrs now and it has never changed the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful,the quality of the inn is excellent and the hygiene and cleanliness of the inn is also excellent, would recommend this to friends and family

This was a return visit and couldn’t remember anything bad about this venue. The welcome was good once the reception was manned. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, just like the advert. However, although clean there wasn’t a grab rail in the bath and no option of a bath mat. Our room, faced the car park and the Brewers Fayre restaurant. Unfortunately, the kitchen fan was loud and clearly heard in the room from 23:00 until 06:00 which didn’t assist sleep after a long drive. The food in the restaurant was tasty although the service at the evening meal was disappointing.

The best warm welcome I've had and I live out of Premier Inns due to work. And because I was getting in late Muffy went above and beyond to ensure I had a warm meal waiting on my arrival. Just excellent.

Love the location of this hotel. The walk around the lake and onto the beach is great. Never tire of the view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You cross the carpark to use The Brewers Fayre for breakfast. Ann is a fantastic server who has worked there some time. Nothing is too much trouble for her, every time we stay and have breakfast. The only downside this trip was poor internet connection, it kept kicking us off even when we paid extra for the Ultimate WiFi package. TBH we did get this refunded, but it's hard to plan further ongoing travel with limited WiFi.
