We chose this hotel because we thought it was close to Aix TGV station ... unfortunately it's a good half-hour drive away on a kind of business estate. Secondly we chose it for its pool, but the pool had closed the day before on 30th September. Thirdly, we expected a meal, but the restaurant was closed! Instead of explaining that it would open again for breakfast and lunch next day, we were directed to take an Uber to a 'village' called Plan de Campagne - this turned out to be a shopping centre where all the restaurants were again closed! Thank goodness we did find a sweet little chain cafe called Pitaya selling Thai food (and we also met a really helpful person at the still-open Cave des Fromages and bought its excellent cheeses), but we then waited nearly an hour in a deserted parking lot for another Uber. Not a good way to spend our last night in France! However: the rooms are nice, the staff are otherwise intelligent and helpful, breakfast was good. The hotel is aimed at drivers who don't want to stop in city locations, and presumably at French guests who will know their way around instead of tourists who need more help in this kind of location. I felt sorry for the staff having to deal with such disappointed guests, but the website really does need to be more accurate.

No es un hotel sino una residència tipo aparthotel y no había servicio de limpieza de habitaciones,cuando fui a preguntar me dijeran que solo se hacía la limpieza cada 4 dias y como estuvimos 3 nadie hizo la habitaciòn ni el baño durante nuestra estancia. Me ofrecieron productos de limpieza para que la limpiara yo misma. Me quedé atónita. No tenían ni una botella de agua fria y eso que hacía mucho calor. Las recepcionistas muy poco profesionales. El desayuno era muy completo pero no había tostadora. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Y dicen tener 4 estrellas.

Fairly well-equipped studios, family swimming pool, correct set... but it depends on the rooms... so beware! Especially since we take a deposit of 300 euros (even if you only stay one night) WITHOUT an incoming or outgoing inventory. Declare therefore upon your arrival any imperfection at the reception so that you can recover your deposit. We also don't like the group of cleaning staff who, in the morning, carry on a conversation, chatter in the corridors and clutter them. The cleaning trolleys we accept of course, but when you see the cleanliness of certain rooms, you understand that it was more interesting to chat than to pass the broom.

positive comments on everything, reception, site, beautiful visits to discover around, everything is made available to satisfy us, pétanque, swimming pool, washing machine and the apartment is nice. we will come back with pleasure.

Indeed, far from the initial concept which still carries a large number of establishments in the chain (and then falls asleep at Accor!!!) , this establishment is a variant of the mutant gene, ie which mutates and rather well. The name is common to the other F1 hotels, but this one has been completely redone. Design floor, decoration and furniture reminiscent of the ranges of superior hotels at accord, i.e. raised and very recent bedding, Scandinavian headboard, shower area or without depending on your needs or budget, 3 coat racks, square screen and flat and a simply extraordinary vinyl paper for those without ideas (you will understand why by taking a room in this fabulous hotel), here is the BEABA of the room. Although housed on the edge of the motorway, the double-thickness glazing assumes the ambient context and provides totally waterproof sound insulation. No noise in this hotel and this is really luxury. The brooms are outside every day and the cleanliness of the common does not call for any particular remark. A sports area is currently being installed, which remains extraordinary in this range of hotels. you will soon be able to pedal and or run in a sports corner after your stressful day and a bowling alley is coming for spring, just exceptional, I told you. Finally and as usual the hotel team makes the difference or not and here it's just incredible, everyone is in tune with a common energy erected in the interest of the customer. Availability to make a three-star hotel pale, and pragmatism are essential.
