We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the property, the healthy and varied breakfast and the professionalism of the staff. We wish to express our special thanks to Nelson and Gonçalo for their outstanding friendliness and sightseeing recommendations. We truly enjoyed the 7 Lagoon hike and visiting the upper villages (with the wild horses). What a lovely country! We hope to visit you again.

Nice property. The area is very quiet and green.
The staff were also helpful and kind. But there’s a need to pay attention to some details:
Some areas for improvement:
- at night, outdoor lights were not functioning (from the restaurant to the pool area)
- room 301: entrance door needs repair. Toilet seat super noisy. The shower floor is bent in the wrong direction, so there is always a lot of water left.
- room service was minimal (no towel refresh, no water added after the first day)
- there are not enough sun beds at the pool area. There were often none left at around 4-5p
- breakfast could benefit from fresher/more ‘homemade’ options. There were too many industrial cheese/jam/bread/toppings. Not a bad breakfast but given the good quality of the restaurant on the evening we were expecting something better.

The view from the Hotel is very nice. I just didn’t like that our room doesn’t have an elevator to go down.And for a four star hotel it doesn’t have a coffee machine or coffee or tea in the room.There was no tissue holder.There was no trash inside the room just in the bathroom other than that everything is okay.

Good days of rest with the family, in a beautiful place, a place that combines nature with the modernity of the hotel industry. Private path to the river where you can relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast is very good, the indoor pool is also good.

We loved the space and all the surrounding beauty and tranquility. Very beautiful and spacious rooms, we had dinner at the hotel and the food was wonderful, the breakfast was quite varied. The view from the dining space is beautiful. And we cannot fail to mention all the friendliness and professionalism of all employees. Excellent hotel

Thank you very much to the whole team, friendly, ready to help everywhere and a great help in leaving Geres for Urber.. I took a trip (safari) through a beautiful part of Geres, I really enjoyed it. With rain and fog, nothing spoiled my stay..
