"Centrally located hotel, about a 5-minute walk from the main square and the old town, with acceptable value for money. Exceptional staff, perhaps the heart and soul of the hotel. Large room, though it could use a renovation. You can hear the hallway quite a bit, but the real problem lies with a couple of noise sources: one in the courtyard, room 306, and another on the floor, from extractor fans or generators. These activated very loudly every half hour, making it impossible to sleep well. For me, this is a deal-breaker that will prevent me from returning."

"This is a really nice hotel and I had a lovely big room. The bathroom has both a bath and shower. Soaps are in dispensers so there are few toiletries for a standard room. There’s a mini bar in the bedroom, a desk and chair as well as an armchair. There is no restaurant but there is an open plan breakfast room through the reception. The lady on reception helped me find somewhere to eat and see and was very friendly. The only downside was the slight smell of cigarettes in the room despite the notice in the room forbidding it. The lovely cleaner said they would have happily changed my room had I mentioned it. I enjoyed the city and Plaza Mayor."

A spa cannot have a dry sauna where you step and the wood breaks because in my case it was: bruises, spills and swelling, pain and a visit to the doctor but if the wood were to cut me or another elderly person it would have been a great problem, and the last straw is asking me to return the ointment that was offered to me lest I stay with it and the hotel will be ruined, I advise you to do a thorough review of the spa for the future. What a disappointment!!!"
