Very helpful and friendly people managing the hotel. Whenever asked, they provided comprehensive information. Excellent food in the hotel restaurant. Great SPA & Wellness with several saunas and a pool with direct underground access in the hotel. Clean rooms, a beautiful historic building. Highly recommended! 10/10 – I don’t remember if I’ve ever rated a hotel this highly.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno straordinario in questo hotel! La posizione è ideale per gli amanti della natura e delle escursioni, mentre l’area wellness è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata attiva all’aria aperta. Tutto è stato impeccabile, ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più sono stati Isabella e Stefano – due padroni di casa eccezionali che rendono questo posto davvero speciale, con un tocco unico di calore e accoglienza. Un altro grande punto di forza è stata la cucina – in particolare le opzioni vegetariane! Tutto preparato con grande gusto, utilizzando ingredienti freschi e locali. È evidente l’attenzione alla qualità e al desiderio di soddisfare ogni ospite, a prescindere dalle preferenze alimentari. Ogni pasto è stata una vera sorpresa – equilibrato, saporito e presentato con cura. Anche chi non è abitualmente vegetariano apprezzerebbe senza dubbio la cucina di questo posto! Torneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno – è il luogo perfetto per riconnettersi con la natura e vivere la vera ospitalità italiana!

In gioiello nel cuore della Val Gardena, a 5 minuti dagli impianti di risalita di Pinzolo, l'hotel é un antico palazzo nobiliare finemente ristrutturato, dove puoi immergerti nella magia dell'antico borgo di Caderzone. Isabella e Stefano sono i gestori e ti accolgono con tutta la cura necessaria a farti godere a pieno la vacanza. Colazione abbondante e gustosa con prodotti accuratamente selezionati, di stagione, locali, biologici e alcuni fatti in casa. Per cena propongono un paio di menù al giorno, sempre molto curati e davvero squisiti. Camere spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i confort. Pulizia impeccabile. E' possibile accedere alle terme di Caderzone direttamente dall'albergo, in accappatoio e godere di un pomeriggio di relax. Consigliatissimo

Premessa: non sono stato ospite dell'albergo ma del suo ristorante, per una cena estiva tra amici, quindi la mia recensione non sarà sulle camere ma solo sul servizio ristorante. Isabella e Stefano sono dei fantastici padroni di casa, sempre gentili e disponibili e gentilissima anche Geraldine nel venire incontro alle varie richieste e ai bisogni dei clienti. Aperitivo abbondante e di qualità con tanti buonissimi stuzzichini e taglieri. Menù alla carta molto interessante e legato sia ai sapori del luogo, sia alla cucina tradizionale e con materie prime di qualità. Interessante e variegata anche la carta dei vini, con Stefano sempre disponibile a fornire ottimi consigli. Location bellissima e tranquilla, immersa nel centro di Caderzone. Assolutamente consigliato!

Scoperto per caso o per serendipity. Un piccolo paradiso immerso in montagne bellissime. Accoglienza calda e affettuosa. Un palazzo antico ristrutturato con eleganza. Silenzio e pace. Colazione e cena con cibo buono e sano. Centro benessere praticamente attaccato, piccolo, ma molto piacevole. Una bellissima scoperta!

Struttura accogliente e ben curata. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti tipici fatti in casa. Possibilità di cenare dentro la struttura con piatti molto interessanti. I gestori sono molto ospitali, disponibili, gentili e competenti. La posizione è perfetta poiché si raggiunge Madonna di Campiglio in 15/20 minuti. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.
