"My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France."

"It's an aparthotel; I booked a studio apartment. It's fairly clean, though I don't understand why the bed is a fold-out sofa bed. Regardless, it's more than adequate for one night. We parked on the street right on the corner of the hotel. The location is convenient, a 15-minute walk to the city center. I don't know about the service, because we didn't speak to reception again after checking in. There was no one there when we checked out; in fact, they told us to leave our keys in the designated space."

Situated in the old part of Caen, it is in an ideal location for the average tourist wishing to explore the town on foot. A couple of grocery stores are available within 400 meters for those, like me, not wishing to take the offered breakfast ($). The welcome was professional but friendly. Key, payment, information was all dealt with efficiently. The room itself was at the back on the 1st floor, so reasonably quiet. Of a decent size, it was simply decorated (white walls and colored curtains) with basic but comfortable furniture. Bathroom was small but adequate with all that was needed. No problem with cleanliness. Good place to stay overall, in an excellent location, and reasonably priced. "

"We stayed 5 nights here and we were pleased. We had the Blue room and our other couple had the Yellow room. Both rooms are quite large and roomy. The bathrooms are up to date and clean. This B&B has a great court yard, great for having a glass of wine before heading out for supper. The location was good for walking to the square with lots of restaurants. There was no airconditioning here but they did supply a large fan. We found it quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, but we would have liked some meat and eggs. This place has stairs only and they are rounded old stone. We had no problem with the stairs but they could pose a problem for others. I loved the stairs they fit the house perfect."

The nighttime view of the harbor entrance is stunning, and the 1.2kg steak at the little bar across the way was fantastic! If you're looking for an overnight stopover, this is definitely a good choice."

There is no parking lot in the hotel, you need to stop at the streets near ou in the shopping mall.
