"Good hotel, nice staff. It is located in a fairly central area. My room was a single, quite small, but clean. However, it had the particularity of having the bathroom shower in the bedroom and therefore those who used the toilet did not have much privacy. I don't know if it's a characteristic only of singles, because I was traveling alone so I didn't have any need for privacy Breakfast was good, everything good average."

"Booked this hotel in Caen for friends and myself as it was close to the Normandy landing beaches which we planned to visit over a few days. Clean and tidy but very basic. Also, there is no lift, only stairs to the upper floors. Parking was simple as there is a large car park opposite. I would suggest setting up an Indigo Parking (parking management company) account in advance to make life easier as there are barriers on entry and exit. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby."

"Ideally located hotel, city center, close to everything. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms are rather simple (even too simple), the tam tam stools as bedside tables are not very practical. No kettle in the rooms, not even on each floor, you have to go down to the hotel lobby to get a coffee (early wake-up call). The bathroom could do with more light and a magnifying mirror."

"My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France."

"We stayed 5 nights here and we were pleased. We had the Blue room and our other couple had the Yellow room. Both rooms are quite large and roomy. The bathrooms are up to date and clean. This B&B has a great court yard, great for having a glass of wine before heading out for supper. The location was good for walking to the square with lots of restaurants. There was no airconditioning here but they did supply a large fan. We found it quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, but we would have liked some meat and eggs. This place has stairs only and they are rounded old stone. We had no problem with the stairs but they could pose a problem for others. I loved the stairs they fit the house perfect."
