Too good to be true. In the pictures, the place looked cozy and inviting, but when we arrived, it was completely different. The ambiance was dim and not at all cozy. There was no free drinking water, and the TV wasn’t working. We approached the owner and informed her, but when she arrived, she only mentioned that she needed to bring the remote back right away because the previous renter also had a problem. In our minds, since she already knew about it from the previous renter, why didn’t she fix it before we came?
She never came back that night, so we ended up doing nothing quite boring since the TV wasn’t working. There was no message from her, and when we followed up, she just said something was wrong with the remote, giving us a lot of excuses. From the start, she should have initiated communication and accommodated us, but that didn’t happen.
No toiletries were provided, and overall, it was just a simple room not worth the price. We could have gotten the room for only ₱1,500, but instead we paid over ₱2,300. It was not worth it at all no proper accommodation, no amenities, and the room was far from what we expected.
