Staff are nice. They should improve their breakfast choices. Gym area is not ideal since it has limited equipment, area is small, and no proper ventilation.

We booked a room for New Year’s Eve hoping that we will be able to witness the fireworks display sa city at the rooftop for our little one’s experience sana. Yet they did not let us go there because little did we know na separate diay ang rooftop. Need paka mu purchase ug tickets worth 1,050 per person to avail so that u can go up there and makajoin ka sa ilang countdown. Mupalit nlang unta mi bisan mahal para lang sa anak namo kaso HUROT nadaw. Grabe nako hangyu na ipawatch lang mi apil para lang sa amoang anak pero dili jud dw pwede kay crowded nadaw kaayo sila. Grabe mi ka disappointed ani, nanliit jud ko. I felt hopeless. Nanglili nalang jd tawon mig bintana pagka 12am nanan aw sa fireworks. Kaluoy sakong anak. Di nako muusab dako kaayu pagmahay namo. • Also, their room is disappointing ky grabe ka-dusty as in wala ko nakatulog kay grabe nakog sip-on, ubo ug katol kaayo akoang lawas. Niuli pami para magkuha ug bedsheets, blankets, pillowcases para lang makatulog ug tarong pero wala jud. Di jud makaya ang kaabog sa kwarto. Ilahang mga baso nga gibutang sa room is super abog so dili jud nimo magamit, nagkuha pamig mga baso sa among house ky di jd mi kainom anig tubig. First time in my life nga nagsuffer kos akong rhinitis until nakauli nalag mi nag-flu nalang jud hinoon ko. Wala raba jd silay pake sa ilag guests, karon nag gasto pakog mga tambal nako. • Services: dugay kaayo as in like 1 hour ayha paka ma cater. Ug need paka magbalik balik ug tawag para lang maadtuan inyong room. • Inconvenient ang foods: dili nila gina prioritize ilang customers na nagcheck-in mas nag priority sila sa mu avail sa ilang mga buffet. Need pami mugawas para lang makakaon, nangadtu nlng jd mig jollibee. Sayang kaayo, nice unta inyong location unta atimanon pud ninyo inyong customers. Dili purket nabayaran namo wala namoy pake sa amoang COMFORT. Palihog pagtuon pud mog limpyo sa inyong rooms, maluoy pud mos mga matulog samot nag naay bata. EXPECTATION VS. REALITY. SUPER DISAPPOINTED TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL! NEVER AGAIN! NEGATIVE STARS FOR ME. VERY POOR SERVICE 👎🏻
