Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Great location close to the historical center, restaurants and shops. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The host was generous to let me check-in early, and he is one of the best!

The room and building were recently renovated. Very nice and functional room, the common areas are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The kitchen offers free juice, water, yogurt, coffee, tea, and other supplies. A 10-minute taxi ride from the airport and in the center of Cagliari. Highly recommended.

Located in Cagliari's historic center, this property offers excellent amenities and a warm welcome, personally managed by Salvatore, a respectable owner who is available to accommodate any request. For those arriving by car, parking is easy to find near the Botanical Gardens, and the apartments are conveniently located for easy access to the most beautiful beaches on both the eastern and western coasts of southern Sardinia.
