The receptionist made a mistake with our booking, which made my 82 disabled mother change room in the middle of her vacation. The first room wasn't totally suitable for her.. however as she didn't dare complain there was nothing offered to her. Moreover the TV didn't work at first.. what a bad experience for someone who doesn't travel much and who had spent much more than usual expecting a great experience and holiday..how disappointing...

Very nice and clean hotel, 15min walking distance to the beach. The road has traffic but the double windows work well.

Incredibly rude staff, not very clean hotel, I lost a pair of glasses because the receptionist bursted into our room after check in to demand we change immediately because she made a mistake and the hotel didn't take any responsibility for this.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff but the breakfast is very limited for 150 eur/night. At least, that's what we paid in May. The receptionists are lovely, especially Vivien, the beautiful lady from Hungary. They have a garage parking, easy to get in and out

Excellent hotel in central Cagnes-Sur-Mer. Stayed with my wife. Lots of shops, services nearby, walkable to the seafront. Safe, secure parking. Decent breakfast if you need one - if you just want a coffee there are options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff - English and French speaking.

Séjour horrible dans cette hôtel je ne recommande pas; petit déjeuner à 14 euros alors qu'il n'y avait rien, pas de crudité, très peu de pâtisserie et de fruits, mieux vaut achter au carrefour d'à côté pour moin chère; les chambres n'avaient pas de climatisation, on entendait tous les bruits des chambres annexes, balcon avec une vue sur la route. Hôtel très couteux pour rien il y a beaucoup mieux pour le même prix voire même moins chère.
