Great experience near nature. The atmosphere despite cloudy and rainy days was so calming and had some charm. Very close to Semuc Champey, Grutas de Lanquin. Wide variety of attractions to choose from. Very helpful and nice staff. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Well maintained room. One minus was for me the provision for paying by card. It should be included in prices not every time I paid for something.

Amazing service! Great views! Restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and owned by Guatemalan residents. They have transportation services to tours and other towns. We got our transportation from Antigua to here and to Lake Atlitan. Bring mosquito repellent and enjoy beautiful evenings and nights! Great service! Totally recommend it! Learn about the culture and buy coffee, chocolates, bracelets from our new friend Rosalinda. She comes to visit the hotel.

The Shuttle we took coordinated by Viñas Hotel was a NIGHTMARE. It is a tourist transport and you pay as such, but they did not warn us that the air conditioning was broken. It was 11 hours on the road, with infernal heat, where temperatures much higher than 45 degrees were reached, I suffered HEAT STROKE, putting our lives at risk. I tried to contact the company through the hotel, and they completely turned their back on me, ignoring all responsibility.

La pire expérience de notre voyage ! À fuir !! Nous n’avons eu que des problèmes et ils sont malhonnêtes Premier jour, la porte de la chambre ne ferme pas à clef on nous met donc dans une autre chambre, moins bien, moins grande, moins équipées et avec une énorme nid de fourmis qui sont arrivées jusque dans mon lit On demande une compensation on nous rembourse même pas la moitié du prix de la chambre mais on ne cherche pas lui loin Deuxième nuit, porte réparée nous récupérons la chambre initiale, la femme de ménage vient de sortir pourtant c’est très sale et ça sent les égouts Idem on se dit c est la dernière nuit c est pas grave Grosse pluie dans la nuit nous sommes réveillés par des fuites d’eau un peu partout dans la chambre Obligés de déplacer le lit pour ne pas être trempés, impossible de fermer l’œil On demande le remboursement on nous dit que non car ils ont trouvé une solution pour l porte ce qui n’a strictement aucun rapport Au final ils nous ont donné même pas la moitié du prix de la chambre en nous balançant les billets et en nous disant qu’ils avaient autre chose à faire ! Ce sont des voleurs ! Le restaurant et le bar sont nuls, seul le serveur est très sympathique Plus jamais !

Tolle Anlage inmitten einer grandiosen Dschungel Landschaft. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, warmes Wasser, guter Wasserdruck. Toller Pool und ein nettes Restaurant, das Frühstück ist besonders gut! Was wirklich heraussticht ist das unglaublich aufmerksame, freundliche Personal. Top Service, Abholung am Busstop hat prima geklappt. Man kann im Hotel direkt Touren und Weitertransporte buchen. Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏🏻

Hôtel très bien situé pour aller visiter le parc de Semuc Champey et pour faire un saut en centre ville, personnel agréable et disponible, jolie piscine à disposition, ainsi qu’un bar et un restaurant, l’hôtel propose de vous inscrire pour des excursions, la chambre et la salle de bain privée étaient suffisantes pour une nuit sur place, l’espèce extérieur bien agréable aussi, wifi disponible, possibilité de demander un dîner romantique réservé au restaurant
