套房非常適合家庭出遊。房間夠大，客廳和卧室都帶陽台。正對着對面的小童遊樂場。可以看到海和日出。有燒水壺，微波爐，還有餐具，沒有廚具哈。 前台人員都很友好。住在他們家是隨時提供浴巾的，出海大堡礁，對面小童樂園玩水➕去公共泳池都可以和前台拿浴巾。 對面網紅咖啡廳憑酒店門卡有折扣。
衞生間不是明衞，床比較軟。

My room was wonderful with a lovely view.
It was so quiet.
The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of the city centre, the Esplanade and the Marina.
The staff were so helpful.

We had an EXCELLENT experience staying at the Cairns Plaza, especially the friendly and helpful welcome upon check in (young women, brown hair, very hospitable). All amenities were great, including the hotel pool. We were just a stones throw from the lagoon and a short stroll to the town centre. The team even held our bags after check out and allowed us to use their pool and changing rooms. Thank you.

Spent 4 nights at the Cairns Plaza and couldn’t have been happier. Good, clean room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant with it. Excellent location for getting around - 15 mins walk from the reef terminals and 3 mins walk to the bus to the botanical gardens. Very close to cafes/restaurants, the night market and shops. I knew beforehand there was no hotel restaurant but breakfast/meal boxes available to purchase. I would happily go back
