The hotel is beautiful and very close to the airport. Since there's no public bus from Cairns Airport to the city center, most people use Uber, so being close is a definite advantage. The view from the room's balcony is fantastic; sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window, you can take in the harbor, green mountains, and blue sea – perfect for soaking up that unique, relaxed vacation vibe. It feels like both travel and living. The room itself is very spacious, and the bathroom vanity has a long countertop, perfect for beauty enthusiasts to spread out all their skincare and makeup, making everything easily accessible. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Cairns Night Markets, the public Esplanade Lagoon, and the Esplanade. It's truly the best choice for accommodation in Cairns!

The hotel is very close to the pier—just a 10-minute walk. There's an Asian supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of dining options. The hotel pool features a heated section, which is great for kids!

It was a nice hotel. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food, but it seemed like it was possible to have meals within the hotel.

The room is quite old but clean. There's a certain smell, I'm not sure if it's due to high humidity. It's an older hotel, and the decor style also feels a bit dated.

The room was nice, exquisitely decorated, and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The location was convenient, close to the pier, night market, and supermarket. I was particularly impressed by the hotel staff; they were polite and professional during check-in, very helpful, and their meticulous service left a lasting impression. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

I chose the Pullman Hotel for my Cairns trip this time, and overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the pier and major attractions in the city, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The tropical garden design gives it a real vacation vibe, and the pool area is lovely; lounging by the water during the day, enjoying the breeze, was incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious, bright, and well-designed, making for a comfortable stay. However, minor hiccups are sometimes unavoidable during travel. We encountered a small issue during our stay: an item went missing from our room after housekeeping. I was indeed a bit anxious at the time, as losing something while traveling can definitely dampen one's mood. Thankfully, Manager Lin from the hotel was very attentive upon hearing about the situation. She followed up promptly and efficiently, handling the matter with sincerity, and the issue was quickly resolved. This kind of timely and thoughtful service made us feel very reassured and highlighted the hotel's commitment to guest experience. Overall, the Pullman's environment, facilities, and service are all top-notch. Although there was a minor setback, it was handled expertly, which in a way made the experience feel more humane and personal. Cairns is already a relaxing place, and staying here made the entire journey even more perfect. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Cairns.
