The room was nice and well-equipped. Although there's no breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants nearby to meet your needs. The transportation is quite convenient, with an art museum, night market, and pier all in close proximity. On the first night, we checked in very late. Since there's no front desk, we contacted the staff, who met us at a nearby garage to give us the keys and help us check in. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic! Walking everywhere was absolutely no problem, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Naturally, the price is mid-to-high range for that convenience, but if you're staying for two nights or more, I'd definitely recommend it, considering how much easier it makes getting around during your trip. Just a heads-up for anyone reading this review: I actually wanted to drop off my luggage before joining a tour, so I contacted them beforehand via Trip.com's online chat. They told me the baggage storage hours were 8 AM to 8 PM. However, when I arrived on the day, I was told it was a holiday, and the hours were actually 9 AM to 6 PM, which honestly put me in a bit of a bind. That said, the staff were incredibly kind. They explained exactly how to check in and how to get into my room after the tour. When I arrived at my room, my luggage was already there. I'm not sure if that's standard practice, but I was really touched by their thoughtfulness.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Cairns and had a really great experience. Its location is definitely one of its strong suits: right in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the waterfront, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a Woolworths supermarket, which was super convenient for grabbing food, drinks, or anything else I needed during my stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious and well-organized. It featured a comfortable king-size bed, a large living area with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant bathroom, and a big furnished balcony with a table and chairs – perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a central, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay while visiting Cairns and its surroundings.
