Excellent service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean, and quiet, and room service was excellent.

Overall, the hotel is okay. The bed sheets were not very clean, which was a bit disappointing. However, the view is quite nice and enjoyable

I really didn't expect the room to be so huge and spacious. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, so I had to ask the front desk about many things, like getting fresh towels. However, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, especially for getting to the Great Barrier Reef ferry terminal, which is only about a 10-minute walk away.

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean and had good facilities including washing machines, dryers and dish washer. It is in walking distance to waterfront, supermarket and good restaurants.

Stayed a number of times, good location, Cairns can be expensive but can’t blame businesses trying to catch up in busy times as everything else was expensive. Clean, tidy and friendly staff.

Location is convenient and easy to go different scenic spot, but wifi is terribly weak!

Staff were friendly enough, facilities were good, location was central. One negative was that I had to kill a small cockroach.
