Great hotel at a great price. Big, clean room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The pool was also great and refreshing. Walking distance to all restaurants and major shops. They make good coffee in the hotel bar too! They don’t clean your room for stays of less than 7 nights, but we were able to get clean towels daily if we wanted them. Friendly staff and overall a great home for us while we visited Cairns!

No hairdryer when on trip it said hairdryer included. Very noisy main highway all night long and windows are not noise cancelling. Claimed Mountain View is actually highway view.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Next time though I would ask for pool side as I think it would have been quieter than the street side with the mountain view. Very good breakfast both at the hotel and the one that was provided down the street at the cafe. It was a bit rushed at the café if you have an early morning departure for an activity. We had to take it to go a couple times. The room was spacious and we could get clean towels each day or as needed as there was no housekeeping for our 5 day stay. Pool was nice and hardly anyone using it when we were there. We definitely recommend this hotel. Good price too for our stay with the breakfast!

Busy road outside our 2nd floor room very noisy. Staff were very good and helpful. Swimming pool looked green and disgusting.

Is a bit far away from city center and in rainy season that can be a problem. Also, was not so clean specially the bed. However the team was very helpful and bring any extra towel or toilettery we asked for

Have to say the best thing for this hotel is its room size, Huge! And water pressure is good. But pain point is really clear, the WIFI is not working in my room (bad signal), I can only sit in lounge/bar area at the ground floor to get WiFi.

Great price for peak time (booking early). Room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but otherwise comfortable for a short stay. Front desk very friendly and accommodating.

Awesome staff, Sofia and Paula were very kind and they helped us with everything. Other than that, few minor issues that they were not their fault
