The spacious room with a great view was absolutely fantastic! It was also very convenient for sightseeing, and having a supermarket nearby was a big plus!

The location is convenient, close to major supermarkets, bus stops, the train station to Kuranda, and Rusty's Market, yet quiet. The rooms are clean, and blankets are provided. The owner, Anna, is very friendly and readily available by phone, which is reassuring. When I arrived for check-in, the reception was closed and no one was there. I messaged them through Trip.com, but received no reply, which made me anxious. However, I found a card with a phone number at the reception. It was an international call, but they responded immediately. Towels are provided for one night per person, so you'll need to use the washing machine and dryer. There's no extra toilet paper, so I brought plenty from Japan! It's light, so I recommend packing it in your suitcase on the way there!

The location is excellent, with shopping malls nearby. If you want to take the rainforest train, the train station is a 6-minute walk away. However, the living environment and facilities are relatively outdated.

This was my first time booking an apartment through Ctrip, and I spent a lot of money, but the experience was terrible, especially the service. The hotel required guests to take their own trash with them when checking out, but they didn't provide trash bags. We were supposed to pack it in our suitcases? I contacted Ctrip customer service multiple times for assistance, and they only brought in trash bags on the last day before I checked out. Also, they didn't provide a blanket, just a sheet. How could I sleep on that? Overall, it was awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to Chinese tourists.

I was able to request early check-in for free using the contact information email I had purchased on Trip.com. It took 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, costing about $45. You can walk to the port to Green Island, the place where you can hold koalas, the supermarket, and anywhere in the city center. I was grateful for the self-check-out arrangement. The room was clean and there were no problems with the terrace, air conditioning, toilet, shower, or kitchen. However, the shampoo in the amenities is quite squeaky, so if you are concerned about this, it is better to bring your own. There is no toothbrush, but there is a bath towel. Overall, I'm really glad I stayed here! Thank you!

The room was clean, and there was a shopping mall right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient! They also helped us call a taxi for the way back, which was very kind.
