Beware: They demand a $150 security bond when you check-in… many customers, including me, were caught unprepared and were very unhappy… especially how they already have your credit card information if there was damage to rooms. Also there are NO LIFTS, so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Stairs were FILTHY!! As was the ‘green water’ pool Indian male at reception was extremely rude and abrupt to many customers, having an all-out yelling match with people in the room opposite me over a minor issue AND the female Indian receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming also… the staff (seems to be a family runny it) we’re generally very unhelpful and unpleasant DON’T waste you money on this place!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. The man at the reception is rude and uncaring. It is a 3 storied building and there is no lift. It happened I broke a bone on my foot during travelling and it was with great difficulty I managed. They didn’t care and put me on the 3rd floor. What is more they don’t supply milk in the room and we had to buy milk for our coffee. I think the man is either ****** or hate customers. Do NOT stay there!!!

Easy to get to from the airport. Room had good facilities and plenty of room. However smelt when we first arrived, although we got use to it. Staff were friendly.

The worst hotel!!! No one!!! The first is poor hygiene. There are many bugs in the room. No measures have been taken. Friends, be careful. There are bugs on the bed when you sleep! And the room smells bad! The second is poor facilities. The facilities are old and aging. There is also a musty smell, which is very bad! The third is poor service. Because the air conditioner has a switch on the wall, we don’t know. We asked the staff, and the staff’s attitude was terrible! ! ! The hotel staff are all Indians. They are very hostile to Chinese people, and they dare to racially discriminate! ! ! I have been to so many places at home and abroad, but this is the worst hotel I have stayed in! ! ! No one!!! By the way, Indians in Australia are very hostile to Chinese people. It may be because of their inferiority and psychological imbalance. The local aborigines in Cairns are also not friendly. They often gather together and their eyes are very fierce! ! ! Everyone must go together! ! ! Especially girls! ! ! ! Never go out alone, don’t go to Cairns alone! ! ! !

It's a little far from Cairns Central, about a 30 minute walk, but it's nice because you can walk along the waterfront. There is no elevator, so it's difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
