"My husband and I were looking forward to arriving at a lovely Inn as we viewed on the internet. We were so amazed upon our arrival at the Crystal Brook resort as it so surpassed anything we viewed on the web. The room was so comfortable and clean. There were lovely sitting areas right outside our room. The grounds were beautiful and spacious. The beautiful large pool was solar heated with comfortable chairs all around. The breakfast was delicious, with home baked muffins and fresh fruit available. A waitress took our order, and we had many different options. But most of all, the hosts Wendy and Eddie were so incredibly gracious. We were at the inn the week of the heat spell on a Thursday night. The brauhaus restaurant was closed until the weekend. Many restaurants closed early because of the extreme heat, and we didn’t know where to go for dinner. Eddie offered and then cooked us a delicious dinner of wienschnitzel, spetzel and salad. We were so grateful. Wendy and Eddie go out of their way to make certain that their guests are comfortable. We can’t wait to return when the Brauhaus restaurant will be open."

"Our family has had our family reunion their for the last 12 years, The indoors pool is a plus for rainy cold days. The waitresses really hustle and do their best, the food on Friday night the family thought was awful. Saturday and Sunday meals were much better. They really need to update their mattresses and bedding, they are terrible and accommodate the elderly generation. The beer garden was very loud and it was very cold for the older family members to reminisce together. They seemed to have invested a lot of their money into the beer garden and not into their resort. The sink in my bathroom was cracked their was a hole in the bathroom door and a leaky tub faucet."
