Wonderful place! Convenient location with Nile views. Delicious breakfasts.

Room is slightly old. And it is not exactly in the center of Zamalek. So you need to walk out around 10 min to the main shopping area. Their hotel is located at the embassy area which is safe. You are able to have a great view of the Nile river. The service is ok, staff is friendly but the staff here are quite slow.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Egypt! Even the cars entering the hotel grounds are checked by staff and sniffer dogs, which made me feel incredibly safe. The hot water for showering was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent! That's really important, and the room was very clean. The room also had two large balconies with beautiful views of the Nile. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I chose this hotel because it's located within the embassy district. The entire street is lined with various country embassies, which made me feel a bit safer staying there! It's also backed by the Nile River, offering visible and beautiful scenery!

This hotel is really old, the rooms are falling apart, and there are hardly any toiletries in the bathroom. I chose it because it's a Hilton and has a good name, but the Hilton name doesn't deserve to be associated with this hotel. Even a 3-star hotel feels more luxurious than this place. I would never stay here again.

The location is good, in the Zamalek embassy district of Cairo, which feels safer and relatively quiet. However, the room facilities are generally old, and disposable items like toothbrushes and slippers aren't provided. The breakfast selection is okay, but the coffee cups weren't clean, so I had to ask the staff to replace them.

The hotel itself is very pleasant. The location, amenities, etc., are all great. The Nile view from the room is beautiful. There was a minor oversight; bathrobes and toiletries were missing. We asked at the reception, and they only brought the toiletries to the room. The toothbrushes were excellent, a special shout-out for those. Overall, a positive stay. I recommend it. 👍

I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences. The location in the peaceful and safe Zamalek neighborhood is excellent, close to restaurants and cafes, with beautiful views of the Nile. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the Nile; the atmosphere in the evening was simply amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-cleaned, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I particularly want to highlight the helpfulness of the front desk staff, who always offered great advice. The breakfasts were simple, but perfectly adequate for this hotel. I also enjoyed the pool and lounge area – perfect for unwinding in the evening after a busy day in Cairo.

Fantastic service the staff are lovely the room was clean and a brilliant view. Very safe area could walk around at night no problems. Will definitely be back here again 😀

The shower drain was poor and wasn't checked beforehand. Water overflowed during use and seeped into the floor below.

The property is so quiet and comfortable with awesome suits, professional teamwork especially Mr. Hazim the receptionist was so so helpful person and server. Thank you for the first experience at hilton groups ❤️

Arrived at 8 AM but check-in was at 3 PM. They let us check in at 2 PM since a room was available. The front desk service was just okay, not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Room facilities were a bit old but still clean.

The room was old and had a strange smell; Cairo hotels are really something else. The bedsheets and duvet covers were so pilled that I had to use my own bedding, otherwise, I couldn't sleep at all. All the facilities were ancient, from the last century. Opening the wardrobe almost made me dizzy, and using the hairdryer for more than a few minutes felt like my scalp was going to crack and my hair would catch fire.

The hotel and rooms are old and would need to be refurbished. Very poor amenities in the room. Service was low-level. We spent 3 nights and on the first 2 days the room was not cleaned at all; they cleaned up in request on the last day. Food quality is average. The location is beautiful, on the riverbank of the Nile. Overall, very poor quality for the price and for Hilton brand.
