It has a good view of the Nile river. Their service is great, especially security team and luggage team are excellent. Just one thing is that this hotel is old and a bit out of fashion. And swimming pool looked good, but the water temperature was not warm enough for us.

Separate shower area. Clean in general. Located downtown Cairo. In the same building, there are bank/exchange, coffee shops and restaurants (though overpriced).

The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum. The room size is decent, and the balcony offers beautiful views of the Nile River and the bustling Cairo cityscape at night. The lobby is grand, and the singer in the evenings has a lovely voice. Breakfast was plentiful.

The location is excellent, very close to the museum, and the cleanliness is also top-notch. However, the Starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel serves bad coffee and the staff are quite lazy. The buffet on the second floor has limited options. On the other hand, Gill's, next to the buffet on the second floor, is really good. The only downside is the disco downstairs; you can still hear the music in your room until 2 or 3 AM, which is very noisy!

The staff was excellent. Location is very central to all major tourist venues.

Communication was a real challenge from the start. I had clearly booked a king-sized room, but the hotel's record indicated a twin room. This led to a lot of back-and-forth and blame-shifting. While Ctrip eventually offered some compensation, the hotel only grudgingly switched me to a king room much later. I had to approach the front desk daily, but they were consistently busy and seemed unable to resolve any actual problems. The room itself was quite cold; there was no air conditioning, only a fan. On a positive note, the hotel breakfast was decent, offering a good variety and served at reasonable times. However, cleanliness was a major concern. The bathroom's hygiene, in particular, was quite subpar, especially regarding the shower.
