So bad and dirty hotel. Service not good. No flexible, bad experience and food.

I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

Bad hôtel and Bad services

Located in the New Cairo area, not far from the airport, the rooms are quite spacious. There are security checkpoints at the hotel entrance. The breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are well-equipped. Bottled water is limited to two bottles per day; additional bottles cost 25 Egyptian pounds each. Payment is by credit card or cash. A decent hotel.

My hotel was a 4-star in September, but suddenly became a 5-star in December, with a 30% price increase. Does Ctrip have no requirements for star rating upgrades? How can a hotel like this be rated 5 stars and on par with Hilton? Ctrip's star ratings are really unreliable now. Tolip is a budget chain hotel locally, with outdated facilities, poor breakfast, poor hygiene, and unfriendly to Chinese people. At the hotel, if you're a local, there are bellhops at the front desk to help you with your luggage, but when they see Chinese people, no one helps; you have to do everything yourself. When I asked for two room keys, they wouldn't agree unless I paid extra.

Upon entering the lobby, the decor is simple yet stylish, with warm lighting that instantly creates a relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing quick check-in and helpful information about nearby attractions and hotel facilities. The room was cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality.

The room size was so-so, the environment was so-so, and the service was so-so. They even limited the price of bottled water and wouldn't let me drink it; I had to buy it myself. I was furious! They only gave me two bottles. In such a hot place like Egypt, how can two bottles of water be enough? The key point is that it wasn't even enough. That's what made me uncomfortable.

For those who are not used to bringing toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, please ask for them at the front desk in time. Convenient transportation, close to the airport. For those who like quiet, stay away from the rooms facing the road, which are noisy at night.
