After the Fawlty Towers start, where we were escorted to our 3 bdrm apartment (wow!) and then told it was a mistake, moved to a room billowing cigarette smoke as we approached, and finally, taken downstairs, then up again to a smaller flat with a bit of a dank smell, we weren’t impressed. But the room & balcony were lovely, though the shower needed some maintenance. The next door cafes all serve food until late and the room has a fully-equipped kitchen. We were delighted to have tvs in the bdrm & the living area. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our one night here,

A nice and convenient place to stay, especially if you want to be close to everything in Maadi. The location is great, with shops, cafes, and essential services nearby. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but what really stands out is the staff – they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience with no major issues.

This is the first time a hotel has kicked out visitors. I am speechless. After checking in to the hotel, a local friend came to the hotel to pick us up for dinner. When the friend passed by the hotel front desk, he would not let him go up to the room. After communicating and pressing the passport, he was allowed to go to the room to find us. After going up to the room, because we had just arrived and needed to wash up before going to dinner together, the friend waited for us in the living room for more than 20 minutes. We booked a three-bedroom and one-living room apartment. Then when we went downstairs and passed the hotel front desk, the front desk told us that there could be no visitors in the room. This was their hotel rule. The friend who received us was a local and asked why there could not be visitors. It was so strange. Then you should take out the rules to see. The front desk could not take them out and said that this was our rule. If the room needs other people to enter besides the two of us who registered to check in, each person needs to pay 30 US dollars. We told him that there would be no more people sleeping in the room except the two registered people who would sleep overnight. He still said no, and then we left to eat. After dinner, the friend sent us back and wanted to go upstairs to have tea and chat with us. The hotel front desk actually refused to let the friend go up to the room and kept stopping him. The local friend said he would call the police. Then we thought there was no need to make too much trouble, so the friend did not go up. Friends who want to stay in this hotel had better not have any visitors, otherwise they will not be allowed in. Also, this hotel does not provide toiletries and drinking water, because the tap water in Egypt is not drinkable.

This is a hotel with a very, very bad attitude towards Chinese people. Our experience was very bad.

The hotel is in a quiet alley, and many Europeans and Americans traveling to Egypt like to stay in this neighborhood. There is a cafe downstairs, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The decoration of the room is a bit old, especially the air conditioning equipment is noisy.

The living room is very large and the location is good. There are restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

It was a very comfortable room

I couldn't check in if I arrived in the morning, and I had to pay half a day's room fee. . The nearby environment is okay. Close to Chinese restaurants.
