Very good hotel. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

I booked in trip.com for a Junior Suit and they gave us another room a doble superior. Then we went to use the pool and they didn’t have any towels, I asked the guy was in charge, he said I’ll bring some, he never comeback I was freezing with my children at the pool, I took them with me I went to look for someone to bring us towels. At the beginning they give us a room smelling full of humidity I have to asked them to change the room. All the experience was just ok. But I’ll never go back.

The room was ok and comfortable. However, due the rooms don't have A/C, the street noise bothers a lot until well passed midnight. My last night there was impossible to sleep. A bar downstairs at the street had people singing all night along, until 4:00 am.

Staff was great. Location was excellent. Hotel was clean. Very good base for exploring Cajamarca.

Don’t go Arrived at Hotel the front entrance was barricaded with large stickers from the government saying Hotel closed down , we knocked on the door the people inside saw us and they wouldn’t open the door to let us in someone came outside from another entrance and took us through the back entrance of the hotel . No lights were turned on in the hotel. The restaurant was closed down The bar was closed down We were told we have to order room service and eat in our rooms.. the reason I booked the hotel because it had a nice restaurant overlooking the town Square but it was closed down permanently. Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance. If everything was closed down in the Hotel the restaurant the bar the Jacuzzi no lights front entrance barricaded with confronting stickers from the government.why are they even allowing people to book the hotel?? I want a refund

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. The staff so kind. We have a good time and relax in this hotel. The services is A1+. I recommend it 100%
