"The reception was excellent, trying to find a solution for everything (special mention to Uilson and Vanessa, who were incredible). The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bed was delicious. The bathrooms were clean (toilet), the linens were stained, and the pool was a bit shabby (a discarded bottle cap). The breakfast was delicious."

"I had the most incredible stay at Chic Hotel Boutique. The entire property is truly luxurious, from the beautifully designed and spacious rooms to the stunning and peaceful pool area, everything is maintained with great care and style. The hotel is located in a wonderfully quiet area, yet it is perfectly situated right by the kite station, ideal for anyone who loves kitesurfing. Breakfast is an absolute highlight. There is no buffet, but you will not miss it for a second, because everything is freshly prepared and served with such attention to detail. You always get more than enough, and it is simply delicious every single morning. The staff deserve special mention. From the manager to the reception team, the café and restaurant staff, even the gardeners and maintenance workers, everyone is warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The restaurant is also fantastic for dinner. The chef cooks at a very high level, and every dish was exceptional. Combined with the beautiful ambiance, it made each evening something to look forward to. Honestly, I think the best compliment you can give a hotel is when you plan to stay four nights and end up staying more than twice as long, which is exactly what happened to me. It was just too good to leave. A huge compliment to the whole team, thank you for creating such a special place. I cannot wait to come back."

"Unfortunately, my stay at this property was disappointing. The staff, both at the hotel and the kite base, were unhelpful. The beach boys were dismissive of guests and showed no regard for safety on the beach, which was especially concerning. Throughout the trip, we faced issues with the WiFi—it didn’t work at all in the Aqua Viva room despite repeated complaints. Additionally, the tap water was contaminated, which led to a serious oral infection for me. I strongly advise against using tap water for rinsing your mouth! On the positive side, the property looks great, and the location is fantastic. However, the poor service and lack of proper management make it hard to enjoy the stay. It’s a huge disappointment because the place has potential, but it’s not being utilized. I do not recommend this property."
