Wonderful stay at this hotel. Location in the heart of city. Bed was comfortable and amenities was great. Breakfast with lots of choices. As a regular guest here I love the polite and friendly staff. Thank you Golden Palace for a wonderful stay.

Good room. Location was ok. Parking out front and in back for skooters. Gateman will help stop traffic for you. Pool was great with free popcorn and nice music selection. I would stay here again. Friendly front desk.

Spacious room, clean, great variety at breakfast, excellent service. All staff from security in the car park, front desk to the chef were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help me. It was a perfect place for me to stay while on a business trip.

Location and cleanliness were good, and the service was friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options available. The room was large and comfortable, with a proper working desk which was very useful for business travelers. I stayed for 3 nights in the first room, but the shower was a bit old and the water did not spread properly. The bathroom drainage was also quite slow. I then moved to another room for 1 night, and the shower condition there was much better. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

Golden Palace Lombok was the most luxurious hotel we stayed at in Mataram. We spent one night here while traveling to the airport. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — we even used the laundry service, and the clothes came back smelling great and in perfect condition. The price was more than reasonable for a room with a double bed and a beautiful city view. You can also enjoy the rooftop, which offers a stunning view of the entire city. If you are planning to stay in Mataram and are looking for something truly luxurious, we can definitely recommend this place.

Ideal location, very friendly staff, the hotel transport to airport arrangement is perfect. The breakfast is so delicious with so many choice of food. The room is big although a bit old furnished, overall is clear & tidy. Nice stay with friends!
