Our €2000/night stay at Cap Rocat was a disaster: - Rude, indifferent staff everywhere - "Historic" room = musty smells and electrical outages - Breakfast with missing items and terrible food - Saddle Restaurant (Michelin?) with appalling service - SPA staff so unprofessional we walked out Every other 5-star in Mallorca puts Cap Rocat to shame. Paying luxury prices for this level of neglect is unacceptable. Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment.

We are currently staying at a five-star hotel here on Mallorca and decided to explore potential options for our next visit. Cap Rocat was on our list—until today. We simply wanted to have a quick look at the property to get a feel for the atmosphere. However, we were flat-out denied entry at the gate. True luxury is not just about exclusivity and stone walls. It’s about warmth, flexibility, and understanding the value of potential guests. Sadly, Cap Rocat seems to miss that point entirely. We’ll gladly spend our euros somewhere that still understands the meaning of hospitality. For us, Cap Rocat is no longer an option.

Our stay at Cap Rocat was, without question, the most remarkable hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the moment you step onto the property, you’re treated with genuine warmth and an effortless sense of luxury. Every member of the staff is exceptional — friendly, attentive, and sincerely kind. A special mention goes to Leslie, who is by far the best hospitality professional we’ve ever met. Her thoughtfulness and warmth made our stay truly unforgettable. The private breakfast each morning was the perfect start to the day — peaceful, personalized, and beautifully presented. The entire experience felt as if we had our own private resort, shared only with a few other guests. While Cap Rocat is certainly a splurge, it’s easy to understand why it’s priced as it is. The level of detail, service, and tranquility is unmatched. It’s not just a hotel — it’s a destination we’ll remember for a lifetime.

Experiencia muy negativa en el spa de Cap Rocat. El masaje de 1h30 para mi marido fue una pesadilla: la masajista (Eva) le hacía muchísimo daño con el codo en la espalda y no le escuchaba cuando le pedía que fuera más suave. Solo después de la cuarta vez, cuando él tuvo que decir “stop, no puedo más”, se detuvo. Para un hotel de este nivel es inaceptable. Además, tenemos una agencia de viajes y, sinceramente, después de esto no podemos recomendar este lugar a nuestros clientes. Very bad experience at the Cap Rocat spa. My husband’s 1h30 massage was a nightmare: the masseuse (Eva) caused him a lot of pain with her elbow in his back and ignored him when he repeatedly asked her to be gentler. Only after the fourth time, when he had to say “stop, I can’t take this anymore,” did she finally stop. For a hotel of this level, this is unacceptable. We also run a travel agency, and honestly after this experience we cannot recommend this place to our clients.

My husband and I stayed at Cap Rocat for 3 nights at the beginning of our 8 night stay in Mallorca. We also stayed at the Four Seasons and La Residencia during our trip and both agree that Cap Rocat blew these other properties away. The staff was extremely friendly but not overbearing and the property was beautiful. The head concierge Sebastian, in particular, was a standout. He recommended we stop at a great winery that we never would have found on our way to the Four Seasons and gave us suggestions on few other highlights around the island for the remainder of our stay. I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel - probably my favorite I’ve ever been to.
