Prinsotel Alba & Spa

I can’t thank enough the two managers for their help and sympathy. You made our journey easier. The room is clean, the breakfast has everything we need, and the swimming pool is a must (and kids friendly). I’ll come back with my little family next time.

We checked in at this hotel today April 26th 2025. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the reception staff who were very helpful. The check was very smooth and we didn't have to wait.  We were told that our room, a two bedroom suite would be ready in hour.  On arrival in our room we saw that was generally ok. The second bedroom was very boxy and cell like with the two single mattresses on a platform slightly raised from the floor rather than on bed frames. Our eldest daughter looked at it disappointedly.  On first use of the bathroom we saw a dried on yellow droplet of what suspiciously like urine on the toilet seat.  On use of one of the plug sockets, the face plate came off when our mobile phone charger was removed.  The tiny wardrobe in the main bedroom was totally inadequate for the two suitcases of clothes that we had, and there were only four hangers.  The air conditioner in the room was only pumping out warm air when switched on. We raised these matters with reception and received very little if any sympathy. On requesting an alternative room (primarily due to the depressing looking second bedroom) we were simply told that all of the rooms in this category were the same. We were told that the manager had made the decision not to have the air conditioning on throughout all of the rooms in the hotel and we received a somewhat bemused look when we informed the staff of the suspicious looking yellow stain on the toilet seat ( which we cleaned off after photographing it). At 6.10pm we are still waiting for extra clothes hangers for the wardrobe, some four hours after requesting them, and there is no hot water in the bathroom! All in all, on our first day here we have a very bad first impression of Prinsotel Alba. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the place.

Excellent hotel. Central location for restaurants and beach. Pool is small but my 9yr old loved it. Especially the chocolate party. Room was cleaned every day and hotel and grounds were also spotless. Staff really friendly too. Going back💋

7 nights at prinsotel Alba and every Day they make you feel special. This was our first family holiday, many thanks to the reception team for making my son's birthday, a special mention to Juanma for surprising my son. The entertainment is amazing, also the show of the 3 acrobatic Boys, i have nevera sean anything so amazing. We will be back soon to relax again.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and very close to us and we are very grateful for the service. Good food, good music by the pool, just enough entertainment to keep you from getting bored. The facilities were very clean and it was a 10/10. We will definitely repeat another year.

We had a pleasant surprise with this hotel, good location, near to the beach, the town is a few minutes walking and there is also a Spa with a heated pool and sauna, the perfect combination to create an atmosphere of relaxation, I highly recommend. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
