A short break just before the summer season. Hotel has just recently been reopened and was immaculate. Staff were excellent. Facilities were great. Great gym, indoor pool and spa for the cooler days and many eating options. The team have clearly worked very hard to get the hotel opened (day before we arrived) and they are clearly proud of their hotel and their achievements. Well done to you all

Excellent hotel. Central location for restaurants and beach. Pool is small but my 9yr old loved it. Especially the chocolate party. Room was cleaned every day and hotel and grounds were also spotless. Staff really friendly too. Going back💋

7 nights at prinsotel Alba and every Day they make you feel special. This was our first family holiday, many thanks to the reception team for making my son's birthday, a special mention to Juanma for surprising my son. The entertainment is amazing, also the show of the 3 acrobatic Boys, i have nevera sean anything so amazing. We will be back soon to relax again.

We were at Prinsotel Alba for a week with the family (my partner and 2 children, wheren 1 of 2 years old and 1 of 5 months old. We had a really pleasant stay and also had the breakfast and dinner included. The food at the dinner was really good, every day fresh and new dishes. I really liked the grilled fish. The staff of the restaurant was absolutely fabolous, especially Xisco with the fast delivery of the ordered drinks :) . We also had a pleasant service of the older lady (forgot her name) and also Claudia. I would really recommend this hotel. The water was a bit cold, but the beach (Cala D'or) was really close.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and very close to us and we are very grateful for the service. Good food, good music by the pool, just enough entertainment to keep you from getting bored. The facilities were very clean and it was a 10/10. We will definitely repeat another year.

We had a pleasant surprise with this hotel, good location, near to the beach, the town is a few minutes walking and there is also a Spa with a heated pool and sauna, the perfect combination to create an atmosphere of relaxation, I highly recommend. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Prinsotel Alba Hotel in Cala d’Or for 7 nights on the Half Board Plus package, and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a family with a 5-month-old, we found the hotel incredibly family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Cala Gran beach and city centre, and the swimming pool at the hotel was a highlight for us. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but what truly stood out for us was the food at the Grill restaurant. Every meal was delicious, and the staff—from the front desk to the cleaners and especially the waiters/waitresses and the chef at the Grill—were all so kind and accommodating. Their warmth and professionalism really made us feel at home. We couldn’t find a single thing to complain about; our stay was truly marvellous. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend Prinsotel Alba to anyone, especially families. 10/10

We stayed at Prinsotel Alba and could not be more pleased with the service. From our arrival, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly.
